Well I can not give an opion they called on Friday said he would be out right now never heard another word, not very reliable as far as I am concerned!
Disappointed

Had them remove two large nasty white pines that were right on the power lines. There price was less then my other quote. They also cleaned up all the pine needles that were shed this fall 2 weeks prior to them showing up from the trees. Using there large equipment I am impressed that I can’t tell they were even on the yard. 😀👍🏼.

A Cut Above was contracted by the County for Vegetation Removal and they hacked the trees alongside the roadway of a Property my Family owns. What was a nice wooded area is now gone after there hack job. Great Clips could've cut better. Then they would only take certain limbs and left a mess. If I could give Zero starts I would. Some jerk who works for this outfit asked me who I was and I asked him why they were hacking the trees. Very rude and unprofessional company. No wonder they were the low bidder.

I had a very large limb - 25 to 35 feet long - fall in my back yard. I got a quote and told them I needed to wait until the insurance adjuster came - which took a couple of weeks. I then called to schedule and was told the scheduler would call. No call. Called back multiple times. Nothing. I can't get my internet re-installed until the limb is gone. It's cost me around $150 to buy and load a hotspot so my family can have some kind of internet. Still no call. They came highly recommended by my electrician, who is a champ...

This is great company. ....Clean up great and very nice and professional. The neighborhoods said they would use them when they need something done . For the ladies very good looking crew. As for me I've hired to do another job. Price very good my husband and I thought. Al was super nice and professional can not say enough good things about this company.

Cut Above Tree Service did a great job! They brought a highly professional crew and removed a tree on my property that was literally in between two garages. The ground the stump and at the end of the day it was like they hadn't even been there. Everyone was great to work with!

OMG Think you so much! I have never seen harder workers. There are no words that can describe how satisfied we are with their service! We had them cut down 8 70' trees for us and this team never stopped. They take such pride in their work and cleaned up every single branch and even cleaned up all the sawdust. The folks at Cut Above Tree service are amazing. They were at my house and I let them use my yard to take down my neighbor's tree which had caused damage to both mine and the neighbors yard. We had the extremely large branches removed by another company unfortunately. This other company left huge ruts in the back part of my yard and left debris laying around . Also didn't remove a rather large branch that was embedded In my yard . Not only did they fix my yard better than the way they found it but they also removed that annoying branch I couldn't get out. So thanks guys you are amazing and were very friendly and I would have no problem recommending you to anyone that I know. Again thank you!! Oh and they are also much more reasonably priced than the 1st tree services we use .

We are very pleased with the service we received. Because we needed a crane, it took a bit longer to have everything done but was worth the wait. The crew was professional and efficient and they leveled the stump grinding to grade, which is included in their price. Would definitely recommend this company.

Today we had A Cut Above Tree Service take down two Huge Pine Trees. They were Amazing to watch, as SETH, would ride up on the ball at the end of the Huge Crane from Toms Crane Service, Clear to the top of the tree, what Courage that would take!! Seth, would then tie off the part of the tree he would cut, When he cut through the tree the Crane would lift that section up over top of the house, and bring it right down in back of the shredder. All of the crew worked very fast and efficiently, every one of them very busy. I would give them More then a 5 Star Rating if I could. They ground out the Stump, and removed all debris. Leaving everything Perfectly done. A Huge Thanks to Every Man on the Crew of A Cut Above Tree Service, You All did an Outstanding Job..

I could not recommend this tree service more.
I got three prices on removing a tree from my backyard, and this company was the lowest price. Honestly, low enough that I had a VERY hard time believing that it was going to happen.
They came out with 5 trucks and all the equipment necessary, and the guys working know exactly what they were doing. Not only that, they were proficient using those tools.
I had a tree that was hanging over my house and taking it down they did not damage a single thing, and did it quickly and efficiently.
They were friendly and took the time to talk to me and explain what they were doing.
They took probably a full hour in grinding out the stump, which was much more than I expected, and they did a great job.
I have, and will continue, to recommend this company to anyone who needs a tree removed.

Got a quote to remove a small stump from the front of my house on April 18th 2025. I accepted his proposal and asked when they could do the work. He said should be done in two weeks. It’s now May 31st and nothing is done. Called numerous times and emailed asking for an update- called again yesterday- was informed that “she doesn’t do the scheduling “ - still waiting- asked again for a date when the work would be completed- or tell me if they no longer wanted the work- )
still waiting- extremely poor customer service and lack of follow up. Buyers beware!

These guys are great. Hard workers, professional, and fun. Their quote was the best of 5. That made no impact on the quality of their work. I’m very impressed. They left my yard pristine considering the amount of equipment they had in our backyard. I highly recommend them!

Kyle came out and gave me an estimate. Called him the next day to schedule the job, left a VM, no call back. Called several times over the next week with no return call. Decided to accept the proposal online as it says to do on the proposal...and still no response. Don't waste your time here.

Crew did an excellent job in subpar weather conditions for my Dad. Went the extra mile and cut out a bowl shape into the tree stump for a bird feeder. Very professional. High praises for Josh.

A Cut Above Tree Service removed a large Norway Maple from our backyard. They had to use a crane to remove it. Tree was down in less than two and half hours. Took longer to grind the stump and clean up, than it did to get the tree out of there. These guys are great! Great price and everything was done perfectly. Recommend highly!

Great company, great service. We had them cut down a big tree in the front of our house and limb up one in the back. They brought a crew of 8 and knocked it out in just a few hours, ground the stump, and did all cleanup. I thought the price was great for all the work they did. Scheduling took a little patience and flexibility just because of Ohio weather causing a backlog of work for them.

Excellent tree removal service! We had a 70 foot tall silver maple that was never kept up & dropping all sorts of horrible all over our yard. We had many companies come out who were simply unable to get creative with how to get all of the equipment into our backyard. This company removed our fence, trimmed some of the dying pines we had at no charge, and made quick work of this tree in a day! When they were finished they completely reassembled the fence and even added fresh concrete and new posts because the old ones were rotting away. They used rubber tracks so my yard sustained zero damage, and did a spotless job cleaning up after it was over. All of the employees were extremely professional and very friendly.

Kyle and his crew did a great job. Kyle communicated very well and they were right on time and completed the job very fast and efficiently. They did not leave a mess for us even though we opted to not do the take a way. They left it all in a nice neat pile. We would HIGHLY recommend A cut above tree service for your next job.
