GMC has excellent and fast customer service. They came out, inspected, and installed a new furnace all within 2 days and really helped get us back up and warm quickly. The prices are fair and the employees know what they are doing. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

GMC installed the heat pump for us last year and their prices were great and their service was excellent. We had an issue today with our heat pump and we received the same-day service and it was actually within two hours of calling and they fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just got a quote for gas furnace and a/c unit. Cory H was on time and very responsive and respectful. Got quote within a few hours . Felt comfortable dealing with him. Good possibility to have your company do my work.

Cory was an amazing sales representative for the company. He was able to fit me in when I called to get a quote on a new furnace. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured at all. Accepted the quote now excited to be using GMC as my installer. Also I received the best quote out of 3 HVAC companies.

They call to let us know they are on the way and arrived on time. Spencer was great. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer questions. Felt like we were dealt with honestly and not pressured to get things that we didn't need and that means so much!! We plan to stay with this company for future heating/cooling needs.

Fantastic response time after hours when our furnace decided to stop heating. I was out of town on business and they treated my wife’s call for help with urgency and was at the front door within the hour. They were able to get the furnace heating again quickly. GMC installed this system for us a few years ago and I will never go anywhere else as long as they are around. Thank you!

We woke up this morning to no heat/furnace on the fritz. Called GMC for service around 8:30 am. The receptionist was so friendly and knowledgeable, she put us on service schedule, the tech was at our house by 10:30 am. He determined the issue, left to pick up the part and was back in 20 minutes. Replaced part, furnace good to go by 11:30 am! Great customer service and price. We highly recommend GMC! House is cozy and warm now. Thank you GMC!

We set our appointment up with ease, thru text message. Their customer service was top notch. Their communication was excellent. They called before the technician showed up. Our technician was Nick and he was great. Very knowledgeable, respectful and informative. Quick and efficient. He explained everything he was doing why he was doing it. Overall exceptional service. The staff installed a new furnace and central air unit. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They even took out an old boiler unit for me and capped off the gas and electric that ran to it, making me feel safe. They left my space very clean and neat. I highly recommend GMC!
