Stand up team.I had an issue arise from a AC install. They were quick to send someone out. Unable to repair , Brandon came out a few days later found the problem and resolved. Very apologetic for the issue. Honest and and Fair. I would deffinatly recommend this company.Thanks for restoring my faith in people.

The professionalism and attention to detail these guys do should be standard for all companies. The team spent time explaining things around the new thermostat to what was replaced when moving our AC unit during some renovations we had done. Highly recommend them. I first worked with ELSASS Heating & Cooling about 20 years ago, when the father installed both my furnace and air conditioner. The quality of his work was outstanding, and I never forgot that level of professionalism. So when it was time for a new system, I knew exactly who to call.

This time I worked with his son, Brandon, and the experience was just as impressive. The quality of installation makes all the difference, even with the best brand names. While my new Carrier system hasn’t yet stood the test of time, I fully expect ELSASS’ attention to detail and thoroughness to deliver the same excellent results. Brandon was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. Any concern I brought up, he addressed right away. He is customer service all the way. ELSASS knows their products and did not try to upsell — at least that was my experience. His technicians were polite, professional and worked hard during the entire installation time.

Brandon helped me connect my new thermostat to the internet so it could be properly registered, and because it’s a computerized system, he walked me through everything step by step. He also ensured I had all the information needed to qualify for this year’s tax credit, provided paperwork confirming each product was registered, and documented the warranty for every component. The Honeywell air filtration system is high quality, and I only need to replace the filter annually, unlike other systems that require more frequent changes.

Put my furnace in and never responded when I had a problem.

They are above awesome. Our air went out and they came right out when other places had said 2 weeks. They came on Tuesday we approved the work and they installed it the next day. Very conscientious hard and fast working. I am telling everyone I know to call them if they need anything.

Crews has been servicing my hvac system for 15 years. They are always responsive, priced fairly, and provide exceptional service. Wouldn't dream of using anybody else.

I had my air unit installed 2 summers ago, worked fine until this year when i turned it on and the fan doesn't move. I've been calling this place for a week now trying to get someone out to look at it, the lady answering the phone doesn't know what's going on in the company and shouldn't be answering phones for them, bad business! I've left several messages, nobody will return a call, more bad service. I would not use this place unless you don't care about Customer Service or a good reputation.

I had another company come and say my air conditioner was done and quoted me 8,675 for a whole unit then I called Crews and they had my air conditioner started within minutes with a new motor that was $775 they were amazing! Highly recommend

The installers were prompt and courteous. They did a great job
installing the hot water tank and the price was cheaper than any
other company I called.

They came out to fix my furnace and we decided it was best to replace my unit. They answered all my questions and replaced the unit in a timely manner. That was almost 3 years ago. Still everything is working and in Great condition. I recently had them out again to help fix my Thermostat for me. They do a wonderful job and clean up after themselves. Thank you guys so much for helping me.

Crews had a coupon so it was time to to get a new AC unit before summer gets here. It’s hard finding a company that still cares about doing things right AND offers a good deal. We’ll definitely be using them again and telling our friends!
