Let me preface my 5 stars: the beginning of the process was rocky. Communication was not the best and we had multiple failed install dates. However, they made everything right, offered a discount, and the actual installation went smooth. The technicians were very kind, smart, and thorough. Our heat pump / ac has been incredible. We had no air before. I am very grateful for what we have now. Couldn't be happier with the end result.

Incredible company. And workers. All of them. Hire them. They just installed a new furnace. And added an ac on an old house. Everything went perfect and according to the estimated time. And a competitive estimate. Thank You All. I owe you all lunch. Above and beyond what I expected. And I’m tough on contractors. And installers. If this crew that installed my system. A furnace. And new ac is a representation of this company. I would invest in it.

The sales staff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions so we would get the a great unit and the best deal possible.
I had the unit installed today and the service people were nice and respectful. Respectful to my property, my questions and my crazy fur kids. They were quick, quiet and efficient on the installation. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Thank you for such great customer service!!!

Beware of the sales people in this company. The sales person reminds me of car sales and will lie to your face to get the sale. This company left me without heat for over a month. Me my son and pets got sick and it got really cold in my house. They took out my old working system to put in a new one that they claimed they could not connect to my electric box. They started the installation a month ago and finished installation today. Why would they do this is what I do not understand? If the new system couldn’t be connected or work why wouldn’t they say that and recommend I wait until my electric box was replaced? I personally will not do business with a company who will lie to me or leave me without an essential like heating. Shame on you topline. As soon as you put your sign in my yard I took it down. I’m not giving free advertising for a company who puts money over what’s best for their customers. I will not do business with this company again. They did not care that I was left without heat and didn’t even apologize. Horrible customer service. Profits over people that’s this company in a nutshell

It was a great experience! These guys didn't stop until done. The furnace, air conditioner, and water heater were upgraded which meant a lot more work. It was cold and wet outside but they persisted until done. And not a crabby word heard! They answered any questions I had and everything looks clean and neat, even though, because of the upgrade, there are more pipes than I expected.

Brandan is excellent at his job. very friendly, experienced, and work on a complex issue and do what was necessary to correct something he was not part of originally.

The guys were respectful, quick and answered all of my questions. And cleaned up after themselves. I don’t have anything negative to say. The entire process was smooth.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

Our organization hired this company to install a new AC unit in one of our group homes. Unfortunately, the job was not completed correctly or in compliance with basic HVAC standards. The system was installed without a return, and no permits were obtained from the city for the installation.

Since discovering these issues, we have made multiple attempts over several weeks to contact the company to have the work corrected or to receive a full refund. Our calls, emails, and messages have largely been ignored. When we do manage to speak with someone, we are met with confusion or denial, as if the company has no record of performing work for us—despite invoices and documentation proving otherwise.

This level of unresponsiveness, lack of accountability, and failure to follow code requirements is deeply concerning, especially when working in a residential setting. At this point, we are left with an incomplete and potentially non-compliant installation and no meaningful communication from the contractor.

We strongly caution others to verify permits, workmanship, and follow-through before doing business with this company. We'll be filing a complaint with the BBB since this company has no intention of resolving their mistakes.

I had a great install. Filip, Chris H.and Erick were very polite and knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. They all worked in a timely manner to get a 2 day project done in 1 day. I couldn’t be anymore happier with the installation process. Hopefully time will tell me that I made the right choice with the system I chose.

Efrain was great and patient because he spent more time to make sure unit was clean to proceed with the repairs. Really good left place clean I recommend this tech. I will like to add a suggestion to customer service or the administration Communication is the key before making any arrangements or coordinating the day of work. Because for both services they show up not on time because they were ask to attend other service when they were heading to my place and I wasn't informed until I call customer service or the vendor to find out. Improve that and you have my 5 stars supported.

Our installers arrived within the timeframe we’d been given. They were professional all day and very polite. They made clear what they were doing and why. Once they completed the install they showed us how to maintain and run the system. We were very pleased with their service.

The guys that did the installation were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. They took precautions with putting down something to protect the floor, cleaned up after themselves. And explained how to use thermostat and where the filter is to change. They were really great and worked together so well.

I got the complete service The furnace and the air conditioner they were respectful they did a complete tear out of the old furnace And installed the new. They have to wait until the snow clears to Hook up the air conditioner I live in Ohio and hear now is the winter time I'm very thankful to Colin and the two Young Men that did the work thank you for everything and Merry Christmas and Happy New year God bless you all.

Nico and his partner were fast, professional, and right on time.

They came to my home and quoted me on a heating system for my garage. We signed a contract for a price that was approved by his supervisor on the phone. We signed the contract and set a date for the install. I took the day off of work and then they called at 6 pm the night before and said my equipment wasn’t in.

I asked to be called back when they had my equipment in so we didn’t set another appointment that would be canceled as I’d have to take off of work. Two days went by with no call.

I then texted my sales rep to see if this was still on. He had another appointment sent to me for the the next day so I took off work again

After waiting 4 hours I called and the person on the phone said she’d call me back which never happened so I texted the sales rep to see what is happening. He had the boss call me to say that they couldn’t do the job for the price that was quoted.

Waste of time with thins company. Don’t do it

I bought a new heater and AC unit. There were issues initially with the first install. There were some frustrations for sure.… but Josh, Matt and Kyle were considerate about getting a complicated initial start up corrected by upgrading me to a higher efficient heater. I appreciated that. That was great business. Thank-you.

Both experiences were great. Had them install both a mini split system in our house and just today they were there to install our gas furnace both crews were very knowledgeable and got the job done right. Also want to shout out Troy for going above and beyond on both of the quotes he worked up for me as well as the quick and painless process of getting both installed.

Always pleasant to work with. Called them many times over the years. Will definitely continue to do business with them.
