Woke up to my furnace not working this morning. 41 weeks pregnant, 3 year old home with me, talk about overwhelmed. The secretary was so polite when I called and they had someone out within an hour! Ed was professional and quick. I now have a warm house again! Big thank you!

Very unprofessional... We set a service order for the AC SYSTEM, we received a call at 0900 stating that the technician would be there between 1200-1400. Around 1330 we call to inquire about his possible ETA and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. Before she even spoke with the technician she was already stating he was running behind. We went on to ask why weren't notified of the delay she hung hung up the phone. When we called back a second time we were informed that it would be an additional hour before he arrived. Needless to say I am very displeased.

Called two weeks ago for no heat issue, was told faulty wire but too busy to fix will come back next week.i demanded ATLEAST a temp fix, so the repairman goes and buy a temp thermostat comes back and hooks it directly to my furnace in my outdoor garage (so you know the temp difference between it and the inside of my house, it made my furnace rund constantly!$$$) he promised to come back next week,after he took care of the other houses without heat, why I dont know as if I wasn't a customer. He DID NOT come back the following week but 2 weeks later, you know my gas bill is going to be $$$. When they finally come back and after 2 hrs of back and forth they "fix" something, I asked would they fix the old thermostat so he pushes the wire in the wall and leaves the whole and plate and says we dont do that. The receptionist is energetically rude and tries to explain this nonsense of why I had to was it to weeks for my repair to be finish as "we have others customers without heat and we are short staffed" I guess I'm responsible for that, GO elsewhere or goodluck. The repairman was nice but limited apparently.

Called Tuesday morning at 7:30, my heat had been out since Sunday (Christmas Eve). The technician arrived by 9:00, my heat was back on by 9:45. Thankful for quick and efficient service. Never needed HVAC service before, but I definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need. They are who I will be calling from now on. Thanks guys!

I have both commercial and residential properties. All of the Elsass Company techs are the best and most knowledgeable HVAC Group I have used. They show up as promised and have fair and honest pricing. They have done a number of HVAC repair and installations at both our home and lake house even on 4th of July weekend. You will not be disappointed.

Service technician Dale did a very thorough job going over our furnace. He explained everything being done and answered all my questions. The service was more thorough than any of the previously used companies. I will use them again in the spring.
