We had a problem with our fireplace that it wasn’t igniting, and Cliff was the one who came out to help us. He kept us posted of approximately when he would be arriving and was here at the designated time. Cliff was Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem with the fireplace pretty quickly. He also recommended a thermostat with the fireplace, showed us how to use it and gave us pointers on our furnace thermostat and our ceiling fans on how to run them efficiently. Our experience was definitely five star. We would definitely use Cliff again (very nice man)!

Kept having issues with my furnace, both Corey and Dylan were amazing (came at different visits) at keeping me updated on what was going on and how they were working through issues. They were also respectful of my home and cleaned up before they left. I’m so happy we signed up for the annual membership. Most recently I came home from travel to a 55 degree home. From the time I called to the time Dylan walked through my door was close to 40 minutes. Incredibly fast. He was patient and again, very respectful of the home and pleasant to work with.

Forquer has been great to work with. Jim, Nick, and the rest of the team have been extremely professional, responsive, and consistently easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. They're clearly committed to doing things the right way. It’s refreshing to partner with a company that takes pride in how they operate day to day.

Cliff was very knowledgeable and explained the technical aspects of the equipment in a very understandable manner.

Jeff Kopache was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, a bulldog in getting all systems to talk to each other. Jeff simply worked all options to get to a successful result. Not only that, he is a genuinely good guy.

Brandon showed a high degree of professionalism and "can-do" attitude when servicing my hot water on demand system. The system needed to be modified and he was quick to suggest a solution and an approach on a go-forward position.

We have had Forquer Heating and Cooling as our provider since March of 2023, and while their service has been very good, their prices have risen SO STEEPLY that we have been forced to explore other local service providers with more reasonable pricing (and similar service reputations). Today we had Forquer come out as our main house furnace quit working. They came, assessed in under an hour that our heat exchanger was bad (it was a 1987 unit), and that we would need a new furnace. The cost for this short visit and ASSESSMENT alone (no actual work except a quick, easy examination) was $395 and we still have to purchase a new furnace! We entered into a preventative maintenance agreement with Forquer in March of 2023 where they came out and examined our units in the Fall and Spring. Last year however (2025), they proposed a 100% price increase to the agreement and when I reached out to the owner (Jim Forquer) he promised in writing that we would not see more than a 20% increase moving forward in any given year. This year, they gave us another proposed 80% increase in price to our agreement because of a mini-split unit we added to one room as the main reason (explaining that is why they couldn't keep the 20% promise). Again, good company, but they have priced themselves out of our business. I definitely would stay away from any preventative maintenance agreements as they do seem to make massive jumps in pricing from year to year for any small reason despite promising not to do so.

Nate and Josh were incredible! Our furnace install turned out to be a quite complex. today process. They were able to make the necessary adjustments and reconfiguration’s needed so that the furnace fit perfectly. Their pleasant, engaging demeanor allowed us to feel comfortable asking any question.. I would definitely give them a five and even higher if I could. It was a big decision for us to purchase a new furnace for our home. The surface they rendered us confirmed that we made the right choice.

Nate was our demo and installer for our new furnace.If we could give him seven stars, we would! Our home made the install quite complicated. He and Josh had to navigate and problem solve many turns of this installation.Nate was professional, quite skilled and confidently installed our New furnace. We immediately noticed his strong people skills. Nate was calm and capable, and actually very funny. He is so positive, pleasant and has such a strong work ethic. He would be great in sales. Nate and Josh paid attention to the details and were a tremendous team! We are so grateful we had them for our installation!

I had a great experience with Forquer Heating and Air from start to finish. Trisha was my first contact and was very helpful, providing me with recommendations and letting me know what to expect as soon as I contacted her about my heat shutting off. Souad made scheduling easy and offered me a same-day appointment when I called. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing while he was in my home. I was kept up to date on his arrival time which was great and he left my home looking exactly as it did before the repair. Because of the service I received from Trisha, Souad and Brandon, signing up for the maintenance plan that Forquer Heating and Air offers was a no brainer! Brandon even went ahead and completed my furnace tune-up right after my repair. Because of this experience, I will definitely use Forquer Heating and Air again in the future!

Dylan was prompt, knowledgeable and explained all so it was understandable. Great service. Also got great job from Nate and Josh who finished up the job.

He explained everything clearly and gave me options. He was efficient in his work also. Very friendly and courteous.

Update: The installers did a great job installing new furnace. Once done they did cleanup after themselves as well.
I am always pleased with this company and my family has used them for decades and I continued using them once I bought my own home.

The gentleman that came was very nice and pleasant. The only reason I give three stars is because he was pushy, was asking how I was going to pay for the services when I repeatedly told him I really just wanted a quote, and I didn't wanna rush into it at the time. After I denied the first quote, he somehow came up with a magical lower number, which I didn't like.Why wouldn't you just offer that in the beginning. I told him I felt like he was pressuring me to finance, a seven thousand dollar equipment right then and there, instead of letting me think on it. After I outed him on pressuring me, he then just said, okay, and left. To me, that wasn't professional and it left a very bad taste in my mouth.Please do better and stop pressuring people.

Josh and John were great! They did very neat work and cleaned up every scrap. Josh showed me how to use the remotes and answered all my questions thoroughly. Couldn't be happier!

Austin was great very polite very clean in his job & work area. He and his crew help move my stuff back into my garage after installation . He was very quick & helpful explanation of the system and installation of the air filters. I also was very impressed.Austin came back the third day to install the Bluetooth

The whole process was great from getting my free quote to Robert and Blake doing the install. They explained everything I needed to know about the unit and thermostat very well. They kept all their trash picked up and left my house the way it was when they got there. Would definitely recommend

The entire process was smooth with Topline heating & air. When I contacted them about an estimate they came the very next day and got me all set up. The crew came out the next day and got everything hooked up and functioning. Everyone involved was nice and helpful. Very satisfied with my new system.

They were very helpful and gladly answered all our questions. They were very polite and took great care to insure that everything was done and the area was cleaned. Also because they could not finish the job they insured that we had adequate heat until the job was finished the next day. They were a outstanding representitive of the company and the service we can expect to receive being a member of your family

The guy who sat us up was very helpful and got our appointment sat up. The other gentlemen that came out and installed the furnace and new ac unit did great they were all very professional and friendly. It's pricey but worth it.

The service technicians were fantastic. They put in a full day and night to ensure the job was completed.
