Ok place to shop, Terrible Place to buy countertops from.

Not only did it take 2 months to get the counter tops to come out but we also had crappy contractors come out the first time and say we did the frame all wrong. We called back and complained and they sent new guys out today saying the adjustments we made were pointless like we thought but then they realized whoever did the initial measurements messed up the sink measurements and behind the sink measurements where the counter top meets the angled wall.

I know it isnt 100% home depots fault but if they are going to represent their store with installers that cause me to go without a countertop in my kitchen and now a sink for 6 weeks because we tore the old one out assuming the next day they could have it back in place for us.

Way to go, never buying a big ticket item here again.

Customer service was awesome setting up an appointment for a siding estimate. I was pleased I got an appointment for the following day at 9AM. Product representative called at 9AM to let me know he was not going to make it. He will be performing his measurements without having access to the back yard to measure the rear of the house. Everyone who has ever done an estimate, inspection, appraisal without us being present has missed the breakfast room on the back of the house obscured by the fence surround the back and side yard. Hopefully he is able to get an accurate measurement.

Let me just say. Joe came on time did a wonderful job. Explained everything to us. And very affordable. Mr. And Mrs Chris brown are very happy. Job Well done. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Logan and Nathan. They were both very professional and informative. They installed a new furnace and water heater in just a few hours.
One of our dogs snuck out of the house with all of the commotion and Logan took the time to help us find her! That’s top notch service and was very kind.

Technition was personable and professional.
Spent 25 minutes analyzing and then cleaning the flame sensor on my furnace.
$221 for a half an hour time seems like a rip off . ( Probably company policy to screw people).

Just finished working with Nate Dawson for some of the install
of our new furnace. He was on time and finished the work earlier
than the designated time for the job. The gentleman answer d all my questions and made sure to demo everything after. Great experience.

Cliff Cooper from Forquer Heating & AC performed a tune up on our heat pump. I didn’t think much could go wrong with a simple unit like this, but he found some melted wires and bad thermal limits that controlled auxiliary heat. So glad to have this addressed with the cold winter we are having here in Ohio.

Our heating-oil furnace's igniter went out during extremely cold temps, in between holidays. Even the owner stepped in to quickly identify the problem and repair it - at an exceptionally reasonable price. We have used them before and will continue to do so.

My Technician Michael was great. He explained the process and was very proffessional. As a fellow service tech that ment a lot.

Tech was very polite, diagnosed my problem (ignition switch) said he had to see it he could find one. He said it should be an easy find, they probably had 1 at the warehouse. He would call me in the morning to give me details and pricing. At 10am I decided to call the office because the temperature in my house was 48deg. The lady that answered the phone said she would have someone reach out within a hour. It s now 1:12pm and I haven’t received a phone call. Seems to be a lack of communication and follow through. I’m very much a “do what you say, say what you do kind of person”. Wish there was better communication and organization. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. Maybe I m an anomaly……

Had to call the emergency line, Dylan showed up promptly and was quick and professional. He identified the issue right away with the furnace had everything back to normal in no time. Thanks Dylan!

First time needing an HVAC repair and I could not be happier. Brandon came out and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was able to diagnose my heating issue quickly. I will be calling Forquer for any future problems.
