We had Advance Heating & Cooling out to our property in July 2019. They replaced our blower motor as well as our fan blade. As well as the capacitor. I had them out again today and the blower motor is apparently bad as well as the capacitor was recommended for replacement. I will not rate this company until I get a quote/estimate on these two parts as we just had them replaced five years ago. At my other properties, I have not had issues with either of these for decades. Depending on the quote/estimate for these new parts will I will base my evaluation on that.

I called one day with an issue with our humidifier and an appointment was scheduled for the next day! Tom came in and diagnosed the problem and had the whole thing operational within an hour. These folks are really knowledgeable and solve problems quickly. Highly recommended.

Josh was an excellent heating/furnace technician. He is an excellent communicator and did a thorough check of our system, describing the results in an easy to understand manner. He gave valuable, common sense, practical advice about maintenance and service for our 25 year old furnace. When we need parts, service, and repair on our system, we will call Advance!

Customer Service and Shawn Nyahay were quick to respond with same day service on a small repair request. Advance Heating and Cooling once again performed above and beyond. It is always a pleasure working with this company.

I am so glad I decided to call Advance! I try to go with local every chance I get and these guys did not disappoint!
Jen worked me in on the same day, my furnace wasn’t working ( the coldest week in February) and Josh showed me things as he inspected it so I could learn some things as he went. Made me feel like family. Josh spent lots of time inspecting my furnace going over everything, checking each code that came up etc-etc. and kept coming up scratching his head! Lots of other people would and could have took this older woman for something that really wasn’t broken,, but not Josh. He kept looking! What did he find??? My tank was out of propane! I couldn’t believe it lmbo.
So all that time he spent and I was out of gas! For a change I found an honest company that actually found the problem and did not rip me off!!!

The technicians were on time, professional & tidy. They did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system & sump pump. The technicians found that our sump pump was not working & with the excessive rain we've had, I was grateful they were able to replace it for us that day. They provided excellent service & recommendations for our system to work optimally.

We received excellent service and care from Advanced Heating and Cooling recently at our cabin. They did a maintenance/tune up of our generator and our hot water panel and their detailed invoice outlining exactly what they did was very helpful. We even had to reschedule them and they were flexible and arrived on time during the rescheduled appointment. We would recommend them to anyone who wants honesty, integrity, and professionalism!

We had our furnace go out on the coldest night of the year just before the coldest week of the year. Having a 1,7, and 8 year old this was top priority. They came out and got the job done quick with the upmost professionalism. Thank you guys for the help.

Great to work with. Got here quick, fair quote and was able to beat the time and cost estimate. Worked on a geothermal system which a lot of companies won’t do unless they install. Very pleased.

Unfortunately, my furnace did not survive the recent deep freeze.
While they were overbooked, they did send a specialist out the day that I had called and were upfront with options. I had several questions while i pondered my options and Shawn was patient, polite, and professional every time that I called.

I called Advance heating and cooling because we didn’t have any heat at our office at 2160 Southwest Blvd in Grove City. They were able to get someone out within 2 hours of calling. The technicians name was Tom and he was very knowledgeable and knew right where to look and what to fix. He had us back up and running in less than hour. That included the part he had to pick up from the parts store plus the labor to install. I highly recommend Advance Heating and Cooling and strongly encourage everyone to let them help with all their heating and cooling needs

Very pleasant experience. Our heat went out during the coldest time of the year. We called Advance to help us and they responded very quickly. They were professional and got our heat restored within hours. I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again.
