I needed a quote quickly for my place of business, they were quick to respond and even came out the next day for me. They Followed up to make sure we were satisfied and we were. Our lawn looks great! I highly recommend.

My husband and I used Perfection Landscaping for our front patio. Marcus was extremely responsive to all emails and inquiries answering our questions within the hour of sending . His team was professional, respectful and exceeded our expectations not only on our paver patio, but the surrounding landscaping in Ivy removal and leveling out the ground for our own future needs.

We are absolutely completely satisfied with everything from start to finish on our 33 ft retaining wall. Actually looks better than we invisioned!! We found Victor to be a true craftsman over the 3 days of watching him work on the wall as well as being polite and friendly. All the guys that worked here even down to the guys that came and finished the landscaping/ mulching were an excellent group of young men.
Will definitely refer others to Perfection and will be hiring them next year ourselves for another project !

I have had an excellent experience with Perfection Landscapes. From the first meeting with Scott, he was very informative and had good suggestions about how best to redo my patio and front walk. The workers on site: Scott, Chris, Patrick and Daniel were wonderful, hard working , and took care of the property. hey answered any questions I had during the process. They may be good at landscaping but the service we received for plowing was terrible. During the first big storm of the year (15 inches) they came one time and did a TERRIBLE job. Our cars were stuck in the driveway because they didn't plow. We spoke to Heather, who promised us a refund and we signed on with another service. That has not happened - called again today and Heather said they haven't sent the checks because they were busy with "end of the year items". This is the worst service we have ever had. Stay away from these guys!

Follow up - today we received a partial refund - they charged us for 2 plows the day of the storm and reduced our refund by $60. To be clear, and I have pictures - after their "plowing" our car got stuck in the driveway! Hope I never have to deal with these guys again.

We had a GREAT experience with Marcus Yagour and Perfection Landscapes with regards to a patio project at our home in Hudson. His team arrived at the job site on time each day and worked diligently to ensure a quality job. They also cleaned up the job site before leaving each evening. Couldn't be happier with the result. Five stars +++!!

Company was very professional. Received a high quality design fitting needs of the space. The work was done within the time frame quoted. The crew worked diligently through the day to complete the job. They were friendly and respectful. Marcus, the owner, was responsive to questions and concerns. They returned to correct concerns within the week. Overall, we were very happy with the process and the finished product is beautiful.

Terrible service. Unresponsive. Snow removal is laughable. See attached picture: this is one of the two driveways that they report "has already been plowed." Chagrin Knolls.

Update 5/2022
I had another landscaper help us with our spring cleaning of the beds and fertilizing our grass. He mentioned that whoever did our yard did not do a great job as the grass is a "contractor's mix." We have neighbors who used our new landscaper, and their yard is night and day compared to ours.

We had pavers added, and it's not even where we have a puddle when it rains. We also have puddles and soft spots when it rains light or hard in the backyard.

I've reached out to the owner of Perfection three times to ask him to come to look at the work done by his team but NO RESPONSE.

The other landscaper also mentioned he would not have charged as much ($7K) increase with Perfection. Considering how much money we invested on a nice yard, I would not use this company as their customer service all-around has been awful. I've updated photos to show what it looks like nine months after and when it rains.

Update 9/2021: I spoke with Marcus, the owner, after my review, and he provided more insight on how to care for our lawn. The design process was great; Kevin listened to our requests and provided estimates for all the items we wanted to add to our landscaping. Once we down the deposit, communication, and service went down. Kevin was not very clear, and we had to follow up often to find out when our landscaping would get started and if there were any questions. Considering how much of an investment, I'd appreciate more of a customer service-friendly atmosphere. He was sometimes short via email or slow to respond. The foreman, Josh, was very helpful, professional, and communicative with the onsite staff. We had the grass type change three times from hydroseed, something else I forget, to pete moss while the crew was on site. Once the landscaping was complete, the remaining deposit was due; Kevin and the office sent us reminders before it was done, which was annoying. The estimate didn't match the final payment paid as they got the taxes wrong. They did come back to reseed, but the interesting part was that they didn't add soil to the backyard but did so in the front yard. I'm interested to see how this "evens" out.

Unlike other services that I have used in the past, Leo James is very reasonably priced with high quality service. My questions regarding services are always answered promptly and professionally and the on-site workers are friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

First class product! They have been fantastic- we have used them for spring cleanup, weekly lawn cuts w/ weeding (about 2 acres), tree trimming, and bed/shrub maintenance. Very Hard working and Professional! I would highly recommend!!!

Even though we do not use Leo James as a service, the landscaping team, while working on my neighbor's yard, members of that team, unprompted, volunteered to help blow leaves on my property which was greatly appreciated! As a result we would very much like a bid to maintain our property. We made an attempt to offer some monitary gesture on our end and they refused. We found it very refreshing that your company would make a "good deed" gesture! Our neighbor's yard displays the wonderful work of the maintenance of your company- always with a manicured edge, pruned landscape and freshly mulched! Thanking you for caring!
