They built a nice-looking walkway in front of our house, and the price was reasonable. But the level is uneven, and every time after a rain, a pools gathers by the porch. I don't know if it was their fault or not, but I asked them two times to come and take a look, and they never did.

Ohio Valley has been doing our plowing for several years. This year when our renewal did not come in the mail, I called to ask them to send it. I was told that they would only be doing snow plowing for clients that purchased their other services year round. We only need snow plowing. I was very unhappy to have to scramble at the last minute to find another service. Very unprofessional way to handle this.

Ohio Valley Group is absolutely amazing! They are hands down the best landscapers in Cleveland! OVG has amazing craftsmanship, flexibility, and super staff that is so easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new landscape install!

Andy and his staff are the best! We had a 15 years old + feature that needed reworking. Andy's design process was very thoughtful and came in at a good price. Construction fast and flawless. Absolutely the best water feature service we have ever experienced.

Ohio Valley has been our plowing provider for the last five years and has done a good job during that period. As a customer for some time we've come to expect our annual plowing contract around November in the mail. When we didn't receive it this year we called and were told that they would only be plowing for clients they had other maintenance contracts with. At this point in the season, it will be very difficult and likely more costly to find another plowing provider. When your business model changes and it impacts long term clients you would hope the business had enough foresight to notify their clients by mail or a phone call to let them know they would no longer be providing the service rather than letting them find out themselves when the expected service abruptly stops. Very dissappointed with the unprofessional way this was handled.

We are beyond delighted with the quality of work The Ohio Valley Group did for us and with their professional, timely service. Last spring, The Ohio Valley Group completed a full tear-off and rebuild to correct structural issues with a paver patio that was installed by the builder. Not only was the job reasonably priced, but the skilled workers were able to salvage a lot of the material and save us the cost of re-purchasing. And this year, even after a winter that caused more than its fair share of destruction, the patio still looks great! 5 stars all around!

We had three trees removed and three trees trimmed. Andy, the arborist who assessed the work, was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a tree down in the neighbors yard, and we discussed asking permission to get over there. We had two other trees damaged from the winter storms and discussed how to trim them. Plus we have a massive tree right next to the house. I felt confident in his ability to trim it strategically for better air flow.
Two tree cutters worked on the trees for three days. They were friendly. They were very accommodating and moved their truck at least 3 times when I needed to get out of the driveway. They communicated with me when necessary about their questions, progress, and what could be done since they found bees in one of the areas they needed to work. All the landscaped areas and areas where they brought trees to their truck and chipper were beautifully cleaned up afterward.

This company is unfortunately a disappointment. We had storm damage to a tree in our yard, and I called and asked for an estimate on the removal of this and another dying tree. The damaged tree is hanging by a thread, and it can kill someone if it falls.

They came out and did an estimate on the wrong tree (the neighbor's tree that was already on the ground). Errors happen, as we are all human.

I quickly called and emailed them, asking them to please correct their error. They claimed that I had said something about "a tree on the ground" in my initial discussion. This was not the case.

They did not reply for an entire week, until finally sending me an email saying that the "schedule is full for the season" and they won't be able to do this work. So, they gave an estimate, but when they realized they made an error, they no longer wanted the job.

Not a great look. I'm very frustrated, as I was hoping to establish a longterm business relationship with them for landscaping services. Bummer. Don't bother calling them.

Ohio Valley Group, specifically Jay and his crew, did an outstanding job on our back patio and pavilion. Jay took my small idea and turned into more than I could have imagined. We went from a tiny cement slab to an outdoor space that feels like another room in our house. I told Jay that I wanted a space that felt like it had always been there and that it belonged with the look of our home and he delivered. Not only was his vision of the space spot on, but he constructed it without a single worry or hassle. Not once was I concerned about what was going on, because Jay always kept me informed. The people that he sends to your home are professionals and respectful of your space. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering using them. I look forward to many years of enjoyment in our outdoor space thanks to OVG.

Very communicative, timely, and professional. Worked around my schedule, kept a clean work site, and answered any questions I had. Their work turned out great. Would like to work with them again! Got a fountain and stonework done at the same time in only a few days, bang up job.

I've worked with several landscapers in the last 15 years and it's apparent Jay knows what he's doing. Trustworthy company!

When I bought my house in Bainbridge in 2011. I went through 3 or 4 landscapers in the first 5 years. It’s a pretty wild, large property and not the easiest to maintain or the plow in the winter. I found JFD eventually and used them for 10 years until I sold the house this week. Ryan, one of the owners always personally oversaw my work and I could always reach him on his cellphone or by text. Highly recommend this reliable family business.
