NEVER. EVER. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. use this company!!!! EVER!! I’m 2 weeks out from a major surgery, using a walker, and they came to check a drain stoppage. They got their equipment STUCK in the clean out under my house which, according to the owner’s own words, they don’t typically even use this if it’s under the house. They got another call and left!! Now anything that goes down any drain in my house will spill out onto the protective plastic under my house! This was a home warranty job and the owner told me it had been denied but he would do it for a price (a high price). But I never heard from them again! I had to go to a hotel that night. The next day I called another plumber and they worked until 9:00 pm to get it fixed!!!! The total fee was $1400 LESS than NOW quoted me!! NOW......NEVER!!!!!

Stephanie was very nice in helping me set up my appointment to repair my heat system. Shane and Josh were very nice and professional in fixing everything ans getting it done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service that I was provided by them.

If I could it would be a -100 on their rating. Had them to my house twice since that is who my Home Warranty Company contracted.

First Incident was in May 2018. I had a circuit board go bad and it messed up my compressor. They didn't even contact the warranty company to tell them what was wrong. So after waiting 2 weeks, spent $4800 to have a new system installed.

Second incident, was in August 2018. My second Central Air unit stopped working, inside Air Handler went bad. Again, they showed up charge me $45.00 and left. Again after a couple of days they still hadn't contacted my home warranty company. Home warranty company tried to make contact and no response. I then found the part and had it shipped overnight. Again $500.00 out of my pocket.

They will not respond to this since the owner has no customer service or the integrity to do so.

My family and I moved to Catlettsburg and purchased a semi-"fixer-upper" house a few years ago. Since that purchase, we have called on Now Service Pros on several occasions. Over the past three years, Now Service Pros has completed the following:
Shown up to repair frozen/burst water lines at 8PM during the winter months;
Repaired old heat pump that lost its fan and coolant charge (which led to the next item);
Installed two new heating and cooling systems (1st floor followed by 2nd floor units; including duct work);
Built our new detached garage;
Repaired plumbing and installed new dishwasher while I was out-of-town.

After recent repairs by NSP, I came upon this site with reviews. After reading all of the reviews, I can say I am honestly shocked. Representatives from Now Service Pros have been respectful of our home and family while providing quality work at a REASONABLE price. Yes, I have found cheaper estimates from other people, but I have also learned (the hard way) that you get what you pay for. Also, one of our earliest repairs fell within the time frame of our home warranty after purchase/closing. I was able to listen to the Now Service Pro representative talk to the home warranty company regarding approval of warranty coverage of the repairs. I have to agree with the owner/moderator of NSP...from what I heard, the home warranty companies try to find every way they can to deny or delay a coverage request.
We have relied on Now Service Pros for nearly all of our renovations and repairs (aside from small tasks which we brave on our own) and will continue to do so in the future. NSP, thank you for all that you have done.

New update. Less than a week ago during the high heat of our summer, our air conditioning went out without notice. Gave NOW Service Pros a call to inquire about saving us from the summer heat. They were able to come out and quickly troubleshoot our air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately, it was not something as easy as replacing a simple piece so they were able to get a new mini split air conditioner installed that day and had us back and comfortable evening. Once again, truly grateful to NOW Service Pros and all of their staff for the quick help.

Had trouble with my central heating and air. It was blowing warm when it was supposed to be cold. When I called they said it would be three days before they could come out. They manged to fix in in less then two days. They were very nice and professional and very timely.

I had bad experience, wouldn’t recommend this company.

My home warranty company suggested this vendor, technician came in to our house, I think Chris is his name, he came in the day after rain and said the system is leaking, sent a proposal for $1,000 to the warranty company, they called me back and said whole system needs to be replaced. I did not buy that, I called another technician and paid myself, it was just a minor repair, electricity was not go into the condenser so the house was not cooling, he just replaced that part and everything is working fine now…

Hutch was very rude, when I called their office to have them call the warranty company about the diagnosis, he was telling me that don’t call us back, We will call and let them know when we have time.

I wouldn’t call this company unless no one in town is available for long time!!!! I’m glad that I didn’t trust this guy and replace the whole system for no reason!!!

I had a problem with my shower stopping up and leaks around my toilet. Spoke to a Stephanie who was very nice and told me that they could have someone out in a few days to get an estimate and get it fixed for me. She ended up sending someone the next day. It’s was an easy fix that took barley took that day to fix. Haven’t had problems with it since.

I have used Now Service Pros for multiple issues. They have completely overhauled my HVAC System, installed a whole-home generator, have done cosmetic work in my finished basement after a major water event, and upgraded my plumbing system in one of my bathrooms.

They have ALWAYS been consistently professional with every job they have done for me. They clean up after themselves well and have kept any construction messes to a minimum. They have been on-time for every single appointment. They are my “first call” when emergencies happen!

Dont waste your time and money like i did. You can't count in this company at all.

I called to schedule an estimate. They charge you close to a hundred bucks but when you schedule the repair that money goes towards it. My water was off so I was desperate. I paid it and attempted to schedule a repair to a leak in a water line. I had to call to even get the estimate because no one had contacted me in 3 days. I had taken a day off work and after waiting 2 hours from the time given to me I called to find they weren't coming. Rescheduled it and they canceled again. Requested my refund since I attempted to book the job solely because I had put that money towards it but they would not refund it even after the horrible experience. I requested to have a manager call me, they couldn't even manage that.

Do not use this company. I will never recommend them to anyone. It's a total rip off.

Prompt, very polite, response time was very fast, Work was done perfectly.

Now Service Pros were prompt and courteous when repairing my HVAC. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. I got a whole new combo unit and all new metal duct work due to a racoon destroying the existing ducts.

There are cheaper options, but the adage, "you get what you pay for" rings true. They came in at their estimate even though some surprises came up.

I can't recommend them enough.

The tech was helpful and Polite very respectful. Gave me information about the hot water tank.

They responded very fast and was honest with what was needed for repair. Work was done professionally and finished ahead of schedule for completion. Will definitely continue to use them anytime I can.

My AC went out today, the day before the 4th, and they were able to schedule me in between customers. The tech was professional and fixed my split unit on the spot. The office manager, Ashley, was stellar to work with and even checked in with me to let me know where I was on the schedule and after the job was completed! Awesome

WARNING BEWARE: Scheduled an appointment for HVAC/air duct cleaning and the guy never showed up after I took the day off work. Called and they apologized and said he had something come up and I rescheduled and took another day off work. They called me 5 mins before the new appointment time to tell me they don’t even clean HVAC/air ducts. Whoever is running this company clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing so I wouldn’t trust the quality of their services. I’m out 2 days pay and the owner doesn’t even have to decency to call and apologize. Definitely nothing “pro” about Now Service Pros.

Response to owners reply: He responds to my review and says the truth is I tried to get a date with his employee and he was forced to refuse service to me. What a joke this guy is. That is a complete lie and speaks to the owners character.

This company installed a new heating/air-conditioning unit and a new furnace for us in September 2024. Due to winter and coldness in our area we turned on our heat. The heat does not work properly , per a representative by the name of Jessica, “they would not come out and repair their unit that they installed, It’s not their problem the unit doesn’t work”. Supposedly this comment was made by the owner per Jessica

If you need a new heating and air unit by all means STAY AWAY from this company
They will only take your money and not install your units properly

10/10 would recommend! I was quoted 2x the amount I paid them by a different company! This team came out and inspected my issue and very quickly came up with an out of the box solution because I have an out of the box problem. They accommodated my budget and even offered a payment plan! The people who came out were very fast and did not act like it was a hassle to do the job like the previous company had. I will be using this service for any and all plumbing needs.

Now Service Pros went above and beyond trying to get AHS to get us the water heater we needed. Especially Jessica, she was relentless and very professional, kind and fought like heck for us. Everything is working good and we are happy with the service we were given. Thank you again!

I will start off saying if you ever have to go with this company plz at least get a 2nd opinion. They are who my home warranty went thru. I have 2 bathroom showers not draining and toilets not flushing. A young man showed up by himself the 3 times they came. His conclusion came to i needed a 3rd cleanout put in which cost close to $1000. Turns out insurance doesn't pay for that and just bought this home in September so extra money isn't just floating around. Spoke with several others that didn't think this cleanout was making much sense so I paid to have 2nd opinion. I'm glad I did this, 1st day they was here their conclusion was collapsed pipe inside the home so next day they came out with camera which confirmed it. 30 feet of collapsed pipe so far. Hope no more than that. Home warranty won't let me go thru another company because of their technicians diagnosis, which clearly is wrong. We can't afford to pay out of pocket rn so I called and talked to the lady in the office and I explained everything to her so she said shed talk to owner and have him call me no later than 8am this morning. Never got the call and dont believe I will after reading all the reviews. Actually now I'm glad I didnt. I understand mistakes n misdiagnois happen but to not even hear the customer out and want to make sure the rt thing is fixed and fixed rt is inexcusable and unprofessional. SO THIS GOES STRAIGHT TO THE OWNER THAT JUST POSTED THAT RIDICULOUS ACCUSATION. YOUR SO CHILDISH, YOU CANT HANDLE YOUR BAD REVIEW DUE TO IGNORANCE SO YOU RAGE LIKE A CRAZY PERSON. We had a hot water heater replaced.
There were some delay issues with our project, due to the weather and the shipping of our hot water heater.
NowServicePro kept us updated on the status and made sure expectations were discussed.
Once the hot water heater came in, the scheduling and installation was 5 star!
The tech on-site was very polite and helpful.

We would recommend again!

I cannot recommend this company to others. The plumbers who did the work were professional and did a fine job. My negative experience was on the scheduling/office end:

1. After my first call, it took about a week of back-and-forth to get the work scheduled.

2. While the plumbers were working they informed me that they were unable to perform all of the work that they said they would be able to do.

3. My check for payment was deposited twice. This was a simple mistake that the company corrected, but still not a good thing to have to deal with.
