These guys are great! I was having a problem with my hot water heater leaking out of the pressure valve. They came out the day after I called and had me fixed up in less than an hour! To make a long story short, the problem wasn't with my hot water heater. It was actually my main water pressure coming into the house was too high. Great service!! Great communication!! Very professional!! Highly recommend!

After coming out about 8 times... They said it was 2 things... Both fixed and still had issues. System only 10yo, and $1500 later...not fixed. Another company came out and fixed the issue in 20 mins for under $200 for part and labor. Goodbye forever. Williams in Wayne is the place to call

I have changed my review. They have done many jobs for my properties....
In a nutshell they did the work yesterday today they showed up to finish handed me a bill when they said they were going to bill me and because the check was not ready in hand the owner was mad and talk to me like I was a dog avoiding payment. Even though he has his money now. (Same day as work being completed)
...because I just had a horrible experience with the owner himself calling and yelling after 5 minutes of the work being done demanding the check in his hand even though I just received the bill not even had a chance to write it. And he talks to me like he's been waiting on the money for weeks even though they were still sitting in my driveway and he was calling because they notified him of the work being done and they had just delivered the bill. On top of that the employees don't tell him what they tell the customer or there's just some lying going on because I was told one thing by workers and then he's telling me something completely different. So they are very inconsistent with the communication. So after the owner calls and yells at me because I didn't have a check ready and hand before I even had the dollar amount I follow up in an hour let him know I got the check ready and that we will not be doing further business his response is "that's probably for the best." Kind of careless and arrogant and he clearly thinks he does no wrong. He sounds like he's a nice guy but he can be rude and mean and careless. I've even heard workers complain about him and how he does them or runs things. I didn't believe it until I just experienced his bad behavior. I'll be going to somebody else from now on. He has always been paid by me and I've always been good to his workers even if they've been rude.

The kind of customer service you rarely find these days. Two days before Christmas, I called Freeman Heating and Cooling because of an irregular noise coming from our home HVAC unit. Two very helpful technicians were at my house within the hour of my call and resolved the issue, but what stood out the most was the experience they shared with my son. My 7 year-old has recently taken an interest in tools. Upon learning this, the technicians took a moment to show my son some of their repair equipment and how they use them in their work. These few extra minutes meant the world to him. I give Freeman Heating and Cooling the strongest recommendation for anyone in need of service.

I was so pleased with Freeman’s! I called one day and they were at my house the next. Very pleasant, friendly people. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Kenny got right on the problem and got it fixed. I will always call them for my heating and air conditioning needs.
