My husband called them and they came that same day to fix our air conditioning problem. Both gentlemen were very helpful and friendly. Thankfully it’s once again cool in the house! 😊

I filled out the form on their website to get a service call made, no one responded back with the information submitted. I gave about two days to let it really sit there because we thought maybe they were behind. My husband called two days after I submitted the form and spoke with a lady about getting a service call. She said she would pass the information along to the service crew and they would contact us. It has been two more days since then and still no one has contacted us. We gave up on this company because we have had no heat for over a week now and no one has contacted us about either inquiry.

Great service from Kelton. We go with regular seasonal maintenance with the aim of preventing problems before they happen. Kelton answers my questions and has explained what he is doing - this is much appreciated. I know all this stuff can be pricey, but the key point is I don’t feel gouged on the cost. Good experience.

Two guys worked together and were Great! Did a whole install of a Heat Pump and works Great! Thank You Guys I Appreciate you for all you done and done Well. Cleaned up my Old HVAC System and Dirt and there install cleaned up also. Very Good Guys. I Recommend this company to ALL!!

Excellent services. Jamie and Shane had the whole system installed in a day. Really friendly and professional. Went above and beyond what I expected them to do. I would highly recommended them if you need any HVAC work.

I have know the family for many years that’s why I trusted them to do a good job unfortunately it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made they installed a complete heat and air system that has never worked right from day 1 they have returned twice and always said they see nothing wrong during the summer Months air would run non stop which resulted in extremely high electric bill we had to put window units back in just to keep the house comfortable and during the winter we have to use a 5 burner and 3 burner wall heater to keep the house warm enough I called numerous times and the refuse to talk to me had one of their employees reach out to me David Adkins and insure they would do anything to make the problem better which never happened and this is a 2 story home and the system installed doesn’t keep the first floor or any floor warm or cool I did not ask for this unit this what you recommended and said would work all I ask was it to be fixed and as a owner you took zero time to even look at anything I was talking about would not recommend them to do any work at all very bad business

Thank you for coming out so early this morning!! I called and they were here 15 min later got my heat back up and as always cheap. I know they probably have a ton of calls because of temps and appreciate the fast response you all are life savers!!

So thankful for Freemans! They are top-notch with service and customer care! Thanks for saving us time & time again after our mistake of not having Freeman's Heating and Cooling from the very beginning.

Kenny came out and had us up and running in no time. He did a thorough check of the system and explained everything that was right (and wrong) with the system. 10/10 would recommend!
