John,(technician) is simply the best! I love when a contractor is courteous, SMART & thoughtful not only about the repair, but about the care of my home overall! We’ve navigated a tricky issue with my Samsung ice maker & he’s been my go to guy the whole journey! He’s a realist & offered my options being very thorough & clear! Highly recommend BA Appliance Repair. Technician arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly. Fixed a broken wire in the Whirlpool washing machine. A couple weeks later, the washer had the same problem. They promptly came back. A different wire had broken, they fixed that one and did not charge us for the second repair. They were more than fair and we will definitely use their services in the future.

Matt came and fixed a clog in our dishwashers line. He was so very kind to our kids and dog as well while in our home. He was very knowledgeable and good at explaining what was happening and also discussing future issues to be in the lookout for. This was our first time using this company, won’t be our last!

Matt did an amazing job! He was on time and super informative. The repair was done right away, fixing it in under an hour. He even checked to make sure there was no gas leaking. Very good work! I’d definitely recommend this company and use them again if I ever need anything.

Had Bill here from BA appliance here for some warranty work on a GE Dryer, he was punctual and efficient at resolving our problem and the height of professionalism. Three days ago, one of their technicians, Elliott, came to our house to fix a laundry washing machine and provided an excellent service. He quickly identified and fixed the issue with our washer, and the machine is now working perfectly. He was knowledgeable, polite, and clearly experienced. John was AMAZING! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our 25 year-old dryer was back up and running. What he found in our dryer was scary! BA has serviced some of our appliances in the past and I’ve always done a great job!

Everything with BA was fantastic from start to finish! I originally called in for what I thought would be a simple washer part replacement. Kim was very communicative and flexible in getting me on the schedule at a time where I could be home, and John was extremely patient in fixing the washer. It turned out to be more of an intensive repair than I originally assumed, but John was determined to get it fixed, and he did! Everyone on the team was great to interact with, and I’m grateful that John was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. I will be using BA for all my future appliance repair needs!

Elliott was wonderful. He was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and options. He took the time to provide recommendations of brands of dishwashers and pros and cons. He left the area prepped for the easy install of a new dishwasher later.
