Excellent service! It went so well and seamlessly smooth. The customer service on the phone actually helped me with my garbage disposal over the phone ,then scheduled me for dishwasher repair same day. Steve came in and promptly diagnosed my dishwasher. First this repair man Victor promises to come out to my house on emergency freezer repair, I was waiting on him all day. Called him back in the evening just to find out that he doesn't do work on my brand. No respect for other peoples time or emergency they have.

Avoided my calls, once he finally did come out I'm worse off than when I started. My dishwasher leaked everywhere after it was "fixed" and of course will not respond. Avoid at all costs

If I could give less than one star I would. He was very unprofessional, very rude. Took forever to get ahold of. Once they did come out, they said it was fixed, but never tested it and left. It was still broken and never returned phone calls to come back out. Very shady, very unprofessional, threatened to sue for slander when we asked for a refund. Don't waste your time or money.

You pay the extra money on appliances thinking you get good service to fix them they send this guy out very unprofessional can’t fix nothing and still without dryer cause he don’t turn in his work orders to claims department saying can’t be fixed told him was gonna report him to the bbb bureau his answer was okay come find out his not even affiliated with them guess there’s a reason poor excuse for a human being. 1 star is to much for these ppl

Contacted Samsung on 16 May 2023 to initiate a warranty repair on my washer. Took Samsung over a week to get these guys to answer the phone. Waited another week for the appointment. The technician missed the first appointment with no contact. Second appointment was four days later. He brought a jump drive with a software update that we already confirmed with Samsung was up to date. Said he had to order a part. Third appointment he brought the wrong part. No contact on that part for over two weeks. Called Samsung back. It’s been nearly two months of this now. Technician who identified himself as Victor, was supposed to be here between 11 and 1 today, but no call-no showed again. Samsung is refusing to issue a recall based refund and insists that we give these same repair people yet another chance to waste our time.

my dishwasher it’s under a warranty and low this quack out here to fix my dishwasher. The first time he came he told me what I needed after. I told him what was wrong with it so he did look at my dishwasher, he said he might have a part in his vehicle that works fit come to find out he did not, so he said he will be back in a few days well about five days later he shows up and has the wrong part so he told me that he will Today is Wednesday that he was ordering that part on that Monday overnight coming from Louisville, which we received it on Tuesday he never showed up on Wednesday so we called him at 4 o’clock and asked If he was coming to our house, he asked us her name and address and he hung up on us so we called back and asked him again when he was coming and he hung up again. He will not return phone calls or text messages . Lowe’s has tried to call him over the last few days and he would not answer any phone calls. If there was an option to give him a zero I would but unfortunately I have I have him recorded on two different occasions very snarky attitude when he comes to the house beware stay clear and run

I made a warranty claim through Lowe’s and Victor replaced the burner on my GE stove and fixed the Samsung ice maker. I didn’t have to pay anything and it was done in a week which was much faster than the last service I got through Lowe’s warranty.

Matt was AWESOME! He came right in and got the job done efficiently. I will definitely ask for him again if needed.

Bill was my Appliance Serviceman, he was on time and introduced himself before entering my home. Fixed the issue in a very timely manner. He was very happy and friendly and had great communication skills. I was never so happy to do laundry again. He has been out twice fixing a washing machine and then a refrigerator for me. John Phillips did a great job diagnosing my gas cooktop issue, ordered a part and replaced a few days later. He worked with my schedule and I am now all set with a new wiring harness and all 5 burners working independently. Wore shoe covers, took care not to track in snow - 100% professional! Highly recommend.
