I’ll make a long story short. I had some issues with my service from a new technician and was unhappy. I spoke with someone from Day’s Appliance and they handled it quickly and professionally. The issue mattered to them, that’s the most important thing. Customer service is excellent, I will use them again.

We had great service. Our technician looked over our oven and found the underlying problem. He replaced our igniter and it is working perfectly now. He also checked the ignitors on our stovetop and pointed out what was the probable cause and our solution for cleaning the burners.

Steven is awesome and we totally trust him on his recommendations. Very knowledgeable on maintaining your appliances and repairs happen very promptly.

Day’s handled several repair issues — a malfunctioning dryer, refrigerator and wine cooler. Each was handled promptly, skillfully and at reasonable price. Techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with providing info on options (repair versus replace, likelihood of recurring issue, etc)

I’ve been a customer of Day’s Appliance Repair for several years and have always been happy with the service. Recently we had a problem with our clothes dryer.
