We had an issue with our Kozy Heat unit and James Sena and his co-worker Steven came out. James was the most knowledgeable about this unit and was able to trouble shoot and fix our unit quickly. They were both so professional and kind! Highly recommend James! Great service all around!!!

Ben Simmons with Chimney Works was our chimney service technician. He arrived at the exact appointment time
and asked questions about our fireplace. Ben then set up his equipment and did a very thorough inspection and cleanup. He was kind, knowledgeable and honest.

Five Stars for Ben and Chimney Works. They are timely, efficient and trustworthy. I would recommend them for all Chimney needs.

Keith and James were great! They got our gas fireplace running again and cleaned it up to look new! They did their work with a great attitude and were fun to have in our home.

Just had my fireplace and chimney cleaned and inspected by Jeremy Woods with Chimney Works. He did such a wonderful job and clearly explained everything he was doing and seeing up inside the chimney. He gave it a good, thorough cleaning and, luckily, found no major issues. Jeremy was very professional and I would absolutely use him again! Thanks Jeremy! Do not waste your time with this company. I paid them to come out and clean my chimney , which also came with a free inspection. They did not clean my chimney and have me a report that said I couldn't use my chimney till I had close to $7000 work done on it. I had a second company come out and they did a full inspection and provided tons of pictures showing my chimney was not cleaned, would have to be cleaned to do repairs. they also said I shouldn't have failed the inspection, but this company seems to do so to push you into expensive repairs. They also left the place around my fire place a mess. I called and emailed several times, but no manager got back with me. Their reply said they tried to call me. but that is a false statement. I have no messages or missed calls from them. As far as the charge back they are still fighting it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

We had a great experience with Chimney Works, especially with their employee Jeremy Woods. He was very nice, very clean, and took the time to really listen to our concerns. Jeremy tried to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue and explored options to resolve it, which we truly appreciated. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out. We would definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of chimney inspections or fireplace work.

Manuel and Travis were terrific, great work ethic, professional behavior the entire time at our home and very patient to answer my questions.

We did experience an unanticipated occurrence when debris fell down into our internal chimney well, causing a lot of dust to enter our home. John came out immediately, took full responsibility for the clean up and worked with us to address our concerns. Exactly what you would expect from a company where customer satisfaction matters.

I had a difficult time finding someone to fix two leaking chimneys for a reasonable rate. Thankfully, this search led me to call Karl.

Karl and his team were professional and responsive every step of the way.

New owners to our current house. Previous owners burned wood in the fireplace for years and we are unsure if we need to have it swept. We just put in a ventless insert. The house was built in 1920. I called to speak with this company to better understand what we need to do. The woman I spoke with could have not been more rude, short and unhelpful. Of course I am not a expert in chimneys, and is why I supplied her with the information that I had. She told me that there was absolutely no way for her to know what type of work they would have to do and that I need to do more research before they can help! Very disappointing as I had read good reviews of this local company.

Came out over a month ago and still haven't received a quote after numerous follow-up calls. Very personable, but they had better things to do.
