Constraction reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

After a cooktop range fire in our kitchen, ServPro was contracted to help with the cleanup. From the time of ServPro’s initial inspection to the day the ServPro workers came and did a meticulous cleanup in the kitchen and adjoining rooms, we were impressed with the courteous, professional manner of everyone that we dealt with. From our experience with this company, we would recommend ServPro when you are in need of cleaning services.

Servpro Cincinnati is the best restoration company in town! They helped me when a pipe burst and water damaged my walls. Will definitely be using again. Hannah has been such a great communicator with us during this stressful time!

This team was so responsive and amazing quality! They helped me with water damage in my spare bedroom. My husband left the outside faucet uncovered through the winter and it flooded the closet once it warmed up outside. Thankful for SERVPRO who came right out and got us fixed up quickly and efficiently!

Called Servepro with water problem in my basement, and their response was within hours. Also helped me through the insurance process. Would recommend them to others and for future needs.

Isaiah and Adam were impressive both in their efficiency and in their kindness to me. They have been helpful and thoughtful and very friendly. They have made this ordeal much easier to deal with. I appreciate all they've done.

We had a small leak from leaving a hose on the house in the winter and I called Servepro who came out immediately and helped make sure our mistake didn’t spiral into something worse! They were quick and honest with us about the damage and helped make it better immediately! Very thankful they were there in our time of need!

We had a great experience with Servpro! Being a ignorant new homeowner, I left the hose on our outdoor water spicket all winter which resulted in a busted pipe come spring time. Servpro responded immediately and was able to stop the water damage before it got too out of control. I had to chase a Opossum out of the hole in my wall this water break caused, so thankfully Servpro was able get in before too many more rambunctious critters decided to roost! All employees we came into contact with were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Servpro NE/NW Cincinnati was so helpful when my basement flooded last week! They were super responsive and helpful during the entire process. A special thanks to Hannah Garland for being supportive and helping us understand the clean up/build back process. Highly recommend.

Isaiah, Sean, Omaunt, Easton and Josh, project manager, were the very best! This team got to work and were able to dry everything out on two different occasions within a week timeframe! We could not be more pleased with the efficient, professional way our work was completed while cleaning up as they checked on our damage daily. Thank you so much! We will recommend this team anytime!!

Isaiah and Shaun were great! Very professional and left the space cleaner than they found it! Work completed in a very timely fashion as well . However, hoping I never have the occasion to use them again! But if you do, I would recommend!

It’s comforting to know there are experts to call on when unexpected things come up, like water running down your ceiling fan or coming in from the basement drain—and sometimes more than water!

Hannah Garland has been extremely responsive to questions I’ve had for her when my clients have had these issues, and the ServPro techs are always ready to go.

I also enjoyed a Continuing Education class (for insurance agents) they held recently. In my field, it’s important to understand the kind of damage water, smoke and fire can do, to better guide clients. And it’s truly amazing to see the kind of restorative work that can be done after such a loss when technology, knowledge and skills are employed.

A heavy storm caused roof damage at one of my properties. As a result of the that damage, water also got inside. After doing research I called Servpro because they could handle both of those issues. The crew that came to do the work were hardworking, professional, and polite. I recommend Servpro.

Can’t even tell my ceiling fell out! Christy is amazing! Great cleanup and construction crews!

Like it never even happened!

THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR...Terrible customer service, terrible management, etc. We had tons of issues from the initial phone call. Long story short, our basement flooded and 2 weeks later we have mold all over our bathroom, they came out and said its not their fault. Quite comical. Do not waste your money, find someone else who has good customer service and who does things the right way!! USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Great experience. Omaunt and Anthony came to clean my attic. They explained everything to me took my concerns into consideration and did a great job. I appreciate them and everyone else I spoke with. Highly recommend 👌

Randy did a great job with several projects in my house. We had ceilings, a mud room, a stained bench and a chair rail that required painting. He was very thorough, careful and delivered a high quality solution. I appreciated all his efforts.

Very professional, punctual and hard working. We had them pressure wash our exterior of our house, two decks, and basement steps. The difference is amazing. I would definitely hire them again.

We recently had painting and other repair work completed at our home, the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, respectful of our home, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire project.

The quality of the work was outstanding. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent painting and other services!

Great guy and awesome work!

Fast and easy to work with.
