Working with Bill Anderson @Secured Roofing made this process a snap. He worked directly with my insurance agent from the inspection to completion. Showed up on the day of the installation and checked on the yard to insure it was all cleaned up. Great experience, would def recommend!

The work provided by Bob Henry and his crew was spectacular! The job was started and finished in a timely manner and the work was excellent! I have referred several people to Bob/Secured Roofing for repairs. Will definitely reach out to this company with any work needed in the future.

I highly recommend that you do not let these people touch your roof. They are scam artist and should be called secured crooks. Upon arriving at my house the crew ran over my culvert damaging it. That was a $400 fix I paid out of my pocket. Had to rent a Bob Cat and replace the damaged culvert. I knew it was going to be bad but still let them do the job. The crew installed my shingles crookedly and nothing was straight. The first rain that came, water leaked down into my furnace and destroyed my furnace. I called Bob Henry numerous times with no response also called the main corporate boss with no response back. After weeks went by with more rain arriving causing more damage inside my home, Bob and his so called crew came out and did a very very very poor job at caulking my chimney which they stated was leaking before they installed the very poorly installed roof. I should have kept my old roof, 15 years old it didn't leak. I truly don't believe your company deserved 1 star, if google would let me give you no stars that's what you would get. You guys need to make it right, or reimburse me my money. Once your company got your money you guys ran. I highly recommend anyone who has had work done with this company to get up on your roof and check the work yourself. They do not believe in using a chaulk line to keep the shingles straight. Don't be like me when I chose this company, hire someone who is professional because this company was not! I will be contacting the BBB over this issue also I have pics of the crooked shingles as well as the other damage which occurred. No one wants a roof that leaks, thanks Secured Crooks, you accomplished that goal!

Secured Roofing came out and replaced my old siding with new and the results were very good. The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose.

Bob walked my husband and I through every step. From picking out the color to finished job he was there and that was such a comfort not to have to re-explain what we wanted to a crew. He also took care of talking to the insurance company and getting all the paperwork together.

I'd highly recommend them.

Secured Roofing replaced the roof on my 83 year old father-in-law's house. Matt McFarland met with him and explained everything thoroughly. Matt was valuable throughout the process, from beginning to end. My father-in-law was very comfortable in placing his confidence in Secured Roofing and Matt, and he was not disappointed. The job was done in a very timely manner and very efficiently. The yard was so well cleaned up when they left that you'd never know they were there. Secured Roofing replaced my roof march 4 2020 . My roof started leaking Feb 20 2023. They came out and said they fixed it. As of today Jan 14 2025. My roof is now leaking in the exact same spot that was "repaired" Can someone from secured roofing please call me. I just tried to call and the number i have does not work.

I am a real estate investor that buys and remodels properties and have been looking for a roofing company that I can rely on and get the job done right. Vince also understands time is money in my line of business and has been more than accommodating to get my roofs done in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. I LOVE Secured Roofing! Bill Anderson was absolutely indispensable during this entire process, from the inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster, to explaining the process, completion and the final walk-around. He was there every step of the way and kept me informed daily about the schedule. We had a lot of rain delays but the crew finally got good weather and my roof is perfect. It was a tear off, and they hauled every speck of debris away- they worked from 730am to 10pm and even came back the next day to insure they hadn't missed anything in the dark. Their attention to detail is amazing, and the difference in how my house looks now is incredible. I could NOT be happier. My neighbors will be commenting about my roof for a long time! to come! He and his crew could not have been more professional. That means courteous and restoring the property to its original condition after installing the roof. Richard Garner supervised my roof and the result was amazing!! I was very happy with the quality of the work and appearance of the finished result. They were very meticulous in searching for and removing all nails to keep the yard safe for my kids. The crew even diligently protected all of our flowers to prevent any landscaping damage. Richard was also very helpful in explaining the entire insurance process and helping me every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking for roofing repairs!!

Secured Roofing did a great job at a great price, were done in less than a day and left our yard the way they found it. Bill Anderson was our sales guy and guided us every step of the way, was there to meet with our insurance agent, and was there during the finishing up of the install to make sure it was done right. Highly recommend! Plus our new roof is gorgeous!

Had new roof installed by secure roofing. After we started having water damage on back wall, I investigated and found the problem to be that NO drip edge was installed. The rain water runs under the fascia, across the soffit and down the wall!!!! Who in their right mind installs a new roof WITHOUT DRIP EDGE! Have contacted Secure Roofing and also our insurance company (the roof was an insurance claim).
UPDATE: I sent an email to the responder (roofally), have called the company multiple times and left voicemails and still no response. Everytime it rains, potentially more damage is done. Code requires that drip edge is to be installed and they installed none! I am at the point of taking legal action if this failure to correctly install the roof with the correct and NECESSARY (per code) materials is not corrected as well as other damages fixed due to the failure to do the job right.

Had our roof replaced by Secured Roofing just a few months ago and I am extremely pleased with their service. Bill Anderson was very professional and patient with us as he was available to answer our questions and/or concerns as we moved along in this sometimes confusing process. Bill was great with explaining the entire process. In addition, the crew that actually worked in our roof was very nice and worked through some difficult weather. Called Secured Roofing on a last minute roofing job on a rental that was long over due. Brian and Vince came out and did an estimate on Thursday or Friday. I got a decent estimate back. the guys ended up working with me on time and I had my roof installed by the following Thursday and it looks great!
