Constraction reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Highly recommend Apke Restoration Company. When we had water damage, John came over within a couple hours to evaluate the extent of damage and help us make a reasonable plan. He and his team were effective, professional, and fun to work with through the unfortunate circumstances. We will not hesitate to call Apke again when we could use any number of the services they have to offer.

Apke Total Restoration were quick, easy, and professional to work with. They removed any hint of cigarette smoke from a house we are renovating.

We used Apke for the first time today and are totally pleased with them. Our technician was really nice and did a great job! We had a few dark stains that we were hoping would come out and almost all of them did. The technician did everything he could do to make that happen. The company is organized, punctual and communicates well. We will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to our friends.

I had Apke restoration clean the furniture in out clubhouse. I was very pleased, they did a great job getting out spots I didn’t think would come out.

John's and his team communicated well throughout the process and everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Very great to work with.

Very prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend Apke for carpet cleaning. The carpet looks almost new.

Excellent service every time! Apke Total Restoration does an outstanding job—spotless carpets, timely service, and always friendly and professional. I’ve used them multiple times and they consistently deliver great results. Highly recommend!

John’s crew fixed my bathroom ceiling from an old botched job by another company. They did a nice job! John even went out of his way to pick up a key to my place at my job one day so he could move forward quickly with finishing the job. I appreciated the on going communication he and his team provided throughout the job and am happy with the results of my bathroom ceiling!

We've used several other providers for carpet cleaning, but Apke has by far been the best. Their scheduling process, communication, pricing AND quality of service are truly fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the types of rugs we had in our home and the best way to clean them. I learned a lot in the process and will now be using them for an annual cleaning of our rugs and stairway runner. In addition to being knowledgeable, they were on time, professional, and flexible when I asked if they could also touch up our couch and one more rug. HIGHLY recommend!

We found our outside spigot had ruptured over the winter when we tried use our hose. Sunday of Memorial Day weekend water was pouring out our light fixture in the lower level. Called Apke and in an hour they arrived and began the restoration/drying. Helped me get everything back to normal and helped with the insurance adjuster. Can’t say how happy I am with their service!

We called early on a Sunday morning after our dog became sick and left stains in multiple places on our downstairs carpet. He responded quickly and was at our house by 11am, cleaned the carpet thoroughly and also provided tips on how to spot clean our carpets more effectively in the future. I hope I won’t need to, but will definitely use them again in the future if needed! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely the best imaginable service and outcome! Apke Restoration completely restored my dad's home after significant smoke damage to every single room in his home. Their team was more than professional and very well trained. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is by far above industry standards. They were completely transparent about the work needed and also helped us navigate all the questions with the insurance company. This hometown, independent company offers so much more! We will use and recommend them again!

Apke is prompt and professional. They did a great job. They cleaned the carpet in our entire house and went room by room to discuss what should or shouldn’t be done.

I have been using Apke Total Restoration for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. They are extremely professional and eager to always accommodate my schedule. The technicians always arrive right on time and are incredibly professional. Each time that I have used their services, they take the time to assess the carpets/tile and provide recommendations. The results each time they have cleaned my carpets and tile have always been amazing. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to quality. It is clear that Apke takes great pride in their work product. I would highly recommend using them if looking for a carpet/tile cleaning company.

Apke was incredibly responsive and made it out to our house within just a few hours of calling. They did a great job and cleaned everything back up.

Akpe Total Restoration has been a trusted go-to for a variety of water damage and sewage cleanup services for the commercial property portfolio I manage. I trust that they'll respond quickly and delivery quality, professional work at a good price.

Awesome job by Apke Total Restoration. We had our dining room carpet cleaned and every spot came out. Would highly recommend.

They removed carpet stains that I thought would never go away! And the staff was awesome as I hit a couple other spots they recognized while they were on site

Apke handled water damage from a refrigerator leak which damaged our kitchen hardwood floor and underneath in the family room and bathroom ceiling and walls in the finished portion of our basement. They were at our house within 4 hours of receiving our first call. They were responsive and professional throughout water extraction, drying, cleaning and restoring.

We have two kids plus this year we have been fostering dogs so our carpets were very dirty and needed a major cleaning. I called Apke Total Restoration and John was so easy to work with. They came and cleaned all our carpets and stairs yesterday and they look like new. I really didn’t think they would be able to get all the stains out but they did. You could easily see our foot/traffic pattern in our family room (you could see the outline of where our couch sits) and now you can’t. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

I have (unfortunately ) needed to use Apke more than once. They are extremely responsive, capable and effective. Pricing seems fair and all the personnel are great to work with. I show them the problem and then leave the house - complete trust.
