Constraction reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

A one stop shop for all of your contracting needs. I have trusted this company to remodel bathrooms, landscaping for years, interior construction, and much more. Have been fair and consistent across the board. They shoot you straight.

Year after year, Marshall Lawn has done a great job of taking care of my lawn and landscaping needs.

I have worked with this company for over 7 years. My lawn always looks good and I have received many comments from others stating how well the lawn is serviced.

Marshall Lawn/MTK Services does a great job with snow/ice removal from our parking lot and walkways. They are prompt, speedy, thorough, and affordable!

We hired Marshall to cut our grass and do a few landscaping projects this summer as my health wouldnt allow me to do these. His crew cut our burning bushes but we had to call about the three they didn't touch. Weird. They did a good job on mowing but there were a few weeks where no one showed up and zero communication. The owner said he couldn't communicate with us because he was too busy with the companies he was contracted with. Honestly, he was just very rude. Horrible customer service. Large ego. We fired him halfway through summer. There are plenty of landscapers who effectively communicate and who arent rude. Even his employees commented to us about his poor communication.

After a snowy night and slick roads I was returning home from dropping my son off at the bus stop in the morning when I slide off of the road and took out a mailbox along with a street sign. Once I had taken care of a few phone calls, I quickly reached out to Marshall at MTK Services LLC and told him about what happened and if they could help with the replacement of the mailbox I took out. With out hesitation he said, "I'm on it". Less than 4 hours later, Marshall and his team had already been there and taken care of the mailbox for me and the home owner. Absolutely blown away by the service that he and his team provided on a day that was off to such a bad start.

Marshall was very responsive and quick to action after my inquiry regarding tree removal & landscaping. Work was well done and completed within in a week!! Will definitly recommend!

Great Customer Service. Very friendly and honest. We had them look at our foundation. Thank you.

I am well pleased in the promptness of the estimator and the honesty. I felt assured they knew what was my problem was and they could take care of it. They took extra effort not to cause more damage to the landscaping and I was shocked how well they graded the yard back. Thanks

Jason Deering And his crew are some of the best I have worked with. Quick to get back about the quote. Job was painless also quick. Materials was local and the crew clean up. I would recommend this group to anyone.

I had USS come out to look at my foundation, I had some cracks that were concerning me. The technician was friendly and informative and gave me an honest evaluation. In my case he recommended keeping an eye on the crack to see if it changes any. While there was some obvious movement, his measurements indicated that it was not yet significant.

I would recommend them.

Dean came to our house and surveyed the foundation issues we were experiencing with our garage. He asked questions about our concerns. He gave us a detailed estimate which was a little more than what another company gave us. I chose Dean because he was very detailed, informative and explained why/what products he was going to use. Dean and his crew came out in subzero weather and started the job and completed it within a few days, even with all the difficulty they experienced with the frozen ground and repairing/replacing faulty repairs that had been done by previous companies. They were all very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to a few requests we had in regards to our yard.
Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to complete our repairs to our home. Thanks again to Dean and his crew!!

I worked with Bill to install a new support pole in my basement and to investigate the structural load of an existing beam in my house. He was very respectful, trustworthy, and communicative. He and Brent came to my property and were in and out in a day or two, were clean, and coordinated the time with the building inspector for my permit. I would recommend them to anyone!

One of the best roofing contractors in Cincinnati. Highly recommended for roof replacements as well as roof repairs.

These guys provided me the best estimate - out of the 8 companies i reached out to for my roof repair job. Would highly recommened them if you are looking for a roofer in Cinicnnati who won't rip you.

These guys are the best Roofing Contractors have found.... Reasonably priced, punctual & attentive to detail. They were very informative and we had no issues. They did Clean up daily, even used a magnetic wand in the garden areas for roofing nails. The new roof has definitely increased the appeal of our home. Makes me smile when I see the new roof

Great roofing business! Out of the five companies, they submitted the lowest estimate and provided the most detailed evaluation and justification of their services. The staff finished the entire tear-off and re-roof in one day, and they did an excellent job of cleanup as well. For anyone needing to replace their roof, I strongly suggest them.

From beginning to end, Cincinnati Roofing Professionals were outstanding to collaborate with. Their pricing was the most competitive I found, and the caliber of their materials surpassed some other estimates I had gotten. This company took the effort to detail the materials they utilized, their advantages, and what to anticipate on installation day. Everything went as promised with no unforeseen issues, and they completed the task within a day. They were also meticulous in tidying up the site afterward. I would wholeheartedly endorse Cincinnati Roofing Professionals to anyone seeking top-notch roofing at a reasonable cost!

I would definitely recommend AJL. They did a great job on our roof. And great pricing.
