Constraction reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Local, Family owned, Excellent service, very professional, Great quality of work. I would highly recommend and I am happy to support Cincinnati Roofing as a local small business!

I called for a repair on my roof and Dan came out same day! Great customer service and quality work, highly recommend!

These guys are great. Love local businesses that are committed to excellence; they are Reasonably priced, punctual & attentive to detail. Our house has a very large deck awning attached to the roof, which was a personal concern of mine that there could be potential damage to the awnjng structure. They were very careful and had no issues. Did Clean up daily, even used a magnetic wand in the garden areas for roofing nails. The new roof has definitely increased the curb appeal of our home. Makes me smile when I see the great facelift the new roof has given our home. We are extremely pleased with the work done.

In the past I had rated this business with five stars. I recently reached out to this company for another service because they did such great work before. This time has been awful! It has been a lot of phone tag, unanswered texts and calls from Dan. When he does answer, he tells me he will check in to something and get back to me and he never does. Within the last week, I talked to him and he stated that he would get back to me Saturday morning but he never did. I reached out Monday morning to Dan and I still have not heard back from him. Horrible customer service!!! I wish I could give it no stars.

We have been using Cincinnati Roofing for many years now. Very efficient, helpful, reliable and great customer service and they treat us like family. Very personable and they take the time and always give us the best rate possible. Thank you!! 😁👍

Called and left a message and received a call back within a few hours from Dan. Came over and gave me a quote with Tim. Once I made an appointment they completed the job the next day. Would definitely use them again.

Family owned in Delhi. I left a message with Dan & within minutes received a phone call back. Got a quote the next day and 5 days later they started install. Quick to respond, professional service, addressed my concerns & was very helpful. Employees are hard working, respectful & nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

5/5 stars. If you need your gutters cleaned, go through these guys. I called Cincinnati Roofing late in the business day, around 3PM asking if someone could stop by and clean my gutters the same day - as I was trying to get someone to do the job before the upcoming big rain storm (my gutters were in bad shape/clogged). Not only was Dan able to accommodate with little notice, but the man who did the job - Rich, was a friendly, hard working, and did an amazing job. Both Dan and Rich went above and beyond for me and have earned my business for life. I suggest you do the same. Good people who do good work is hard to come by these days. Go with Cincinnati Roofing and you won't be disappointed.

Dan was very responsive to what I needed looked at and repaired. He came out and assessed the situation, called me with a quote, I accepted and he was over the next day with one additional employee and got the job done. Problem fixed and I would recommend Dan for all your roofing, gutter and chimney needs!

Highly recommend! We put off doing our roof until it was finally a HAD to be done type of situation. They quickly came out to get measurements for a quote and even after being delayed by the big snow storm they were still able to get to us in a timely manner. They completed our needs within one day, cleaned up, and were super friendly. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend for all your needs.

Fair and reasonable quote for our roof replacement job. Dan and his team worked steadily each day on our job, it was hard to tell if they ever took breaks! They cleaned up our property thoroughly when finished. The end result was a professionally completed new roof. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cincinnati Roofing to anyone!

I’ve been working with Dan and Cincinnati Roofing for about 6 years for multiple properties. I’ve had him personally work on my great grandparents' property. I've listed pictures below. He installed a new skylight and has redone all of the roofs. It’s always been a fantastic experience working with Dan – very professional and always with a quick response. Thank you so much, Dan and Cincinnati Roofing!

Dan was a pleasure to work with from the start. Came out and gave me a reasonable quote for a tear off and brand new shingled roof. His team was very professional and mindful of landscaping around the house. Cleaned up as they went and finished the job quickly. Very satisfied with the outcome and the new curb appeal to my home. If you're thinking about roof work, I would highly recommend Dan and his team at Cincinnati roofing. Job we'll done !!

Dan and his crew did a great job! He explained in detail the material they would use for our project. Our home looks so different after the fabulous job. Thank you, we appreciate you!

They did an amazing job on some landscaping, concrete, and carpentry work I needed done after my home was flooded.

Rick came very quickly to do an appraisal and called back promptly with the bid. However, after I asked him to send it in writing, he did not. I emailed through the website (as he asked to to leave my email) two times with no response either time. I called him, and he said he sent the bid. He did not. In business, if a person does not want to do a job, I would rather a person be honest and say that. It is quite frustrating!

I just had a beautiful stone patio installed by Rick and his team. Rick was very easy to work with. He even showed me another type of stone that he thought I might like better than the one I was originally going to choose. He was right! I did like it better! I highly recommend Rick!! He's a very nice guy too.

This is the second time I've used Rick Curtis for a flagstone walk. This time, I needed a patio walkout from a side entrance with a walkway to the drive. The original house was built with nothing more than gravel surfaces for the walkout and path.

Rick answers the phone, comes personally, and inspects the project. He comes up with a quote which reflects the true amount of work and effort to do the job right. On the last job, he was the only estimate that realized a water conduit would be necessary to siphon the water under the walkway during rain.

His workers raised the patio to be correct for the foundation and set the pavers in the walkway to meet the patio with a bluestone paver. They also raised the window well with pavers to match the patio height.

There was a small bump in the completion of the project when it was realized that one of the steps had paint stains. Without any prodding he was out the next day with his men and power cleaned the steps.

His price and estimate was at the high end of other estimates. But, the project was completed on time and the result was great. Finding a contractor who is true to his word, completes the job, is willing to change or alter the job based on how it progresses, and stands by his work is rare.

I give him five stars.

Rick performed some stone work in the front of our house for a mulch mound that kept shedding onto a very public and used sidewalk. The quality of the work was truly outstanding and we are so pleased with the outcome. Rick is truly talented and delivers on his word. I am planning to hire him for more work in the future.

We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism of Rick Curtis and his crew. They made wise design suggestions that saved us money. The job was completed on time. We highly recommend this company.

Rick Curtis' personality and demeanor created a good "first impression." Contract offer was most competitive. Rick and crew unearthed existing concrete, rear patio and front walkway. They installed 500+ square feet of Unilock Product "Holland Premier Pavers" arranging in the complex, herringbone pattern. Rick was onsite daily providing supervision to crew and engaging with construction himself. Crew was proficient, hardworking and displayed respect for Rick's knowledge and expertise. The front entrance and rear patio look amazing, adding to home value and also, to our enjoyment. Expectation became a reality, as the outcome looks fantastic. Do consider Rick Curtis Hardscapes!
