I can honestly say I have never witnessed a more dramatic cleaning/detailing/transformation of a vehicle in my entire life. These photos are from my 1986 911 Turbo. James and his team of professionals managed to make the underside of my old Turbo look new in half a day. I was absolutely thrilled with the results, and am having 3 more vintage cars "shot" by them as well. The yellow and red markings in the pictures are factory inspection marks applied in Germany (with paint) on the assembly line 34+ years ago. Yeti's dry ice cleaning process revealed them hidden below years of grime WITHOUT disturbing them. Simply incredible. The fact that this service is available for a reasonable price in the midwest is truly remarkable. Bravo to Yeti, they are the best in the business.

My sensitive nose panicked and thought our walls were most likely filled with moisture and mold. Not knowing anything about mold remediation I searched for a local company to help and Yeti came out for free to check the walls! Luckily, it was all good news and our walls our fine- but I have peace of mind and appreciated the free check from Matt, who was caring and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would recommend calling Yeti if you even have any inkling somethings going on in your home!

I can't say how much Yeti helped us. They were able to start the job immediately after an emergency situation. Mike and Aaron were the main workers for us and did a fantastic job and were prompt, professional, courteous and caring. This is an honest review for water mitigation complicated by non-friable asbestos wrapped pipes. Overall, I would not trust this company for water mitigation. Any water mitigation company could have done the work for us, however based on google reviews we went with Yeti. We trusted Yeti to provide us with guidance, clear communication, and transparency in pricing during a novel and stressful situation (the pricing guide provided with the contract is an expansive list of equipment and daily charge). From our perspective, it seemed like we were intentionally kept in the dark about how much the daily cost would be based on the equipment used and how long it would take to dry (I believe that these techs had enough experience to give us a ballpark estimate for drying time and cost). Yeti claims that they monitored for dryness but they never came back to test the moisture, meanwhile we are being charged approx. $800/day for the equipment. This is disingenuous and at the very least poor business practice. So how did they know when the area was dry? It could have been 2 days or 5 days? They never came back to test. I called to have them remove the equipment so we could stop being charged. In addition, it seems like their pricing (especially, the zip-wall) is intended to milk insurance companies. They charged 1200k for EZ-wall tension rods.

Any company should provide transparent pricing as a basic business practice and courtesy to their customers. They left their equipment and charged us daily for it without telling us when it could be removed. We felt scammed. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

I called Yeti Restoration because I was smelling some mold in my home, but I could not identify the source of the issue. We had a burst pipe last week during the extreme cold in January in a house we’ve only lived in for 8 months. Yeti Restoration was onsite the next day, helping us navigate the work that needed to be done and willing to work with our insurance company. The team was Matt, Adam, Mike and Aaron. Each one of them being incredibly professional, efficient with excellent attention to detail, communicative and fun to work with through a stressful time. I can’t say enough good things about them all!

Called Underground Detective at the recommendation of Basement Worx waterproofing. We had some in our basement because the foundation drain was clogged. Appointment was schedule for the next day and Joe arrived when scheduled. He was joined by another employee, unfortunately I can't remember his name, and together they quickly found the clog. The service is only to put a camera in the pipe and find the clog, but they tried as best they could to dig out the clog with me. We could not dig it out, but they tried. Because of their work I was able to dig in the exact spot and had the water flowing within 20 minutes. I can't say enough about how professional, efficient, courteous and helpful they were. Well done Underground Detective, Joe, and his coworker! Highly Recommended!
