Very satisfied! Got my outdoor ceiling fan issue resolved, Donovan was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my home - arrived with plastic booties and was able to troubleshoot my problem and now I am back in business! Would recommend and will use again - but hopefully I won't have a need. 🤞 LOL

We needed 3 new outlets installed in our home. Greg Koo arrived within the first hour of the 4-hour timeframe I'd been told he might arrive. He was great at walking us through the steps to look over the space and the potential work to be done. He emphasized a few different aspects that we might need to consider updating/fixing in the coming months and those that might need attention in the next year or two. He listened to what we wanted and delivered on it above and beyond all in one day. Highly recommend him!

After a storm pulled our electrical service line away from the house, these guys were there next morning to get to work. Since my power had been temporarily restored, they got me scheduled for the actual work on the following day. Great people and spot on service.

He hook the electric to our hot tub, bubble cover GFi, ran the wire and a new circuit breaker in the electric panel in the basement. He did a great job. Donovan was fantastic to work with! He came out quickly to give a free quote, and was able to stay and complete the job the same day. I needed to replace a light fixture in my plaster ceiling with a ceiling fan, but the setup wasn’t rated to support one. Donovan carefully cleared out the old material, installed a proper ceiling fan brace and box, and made it safe and easy for me to finish the install myself. He also gave helpful quotes for other projects I’m considering and offered solid advice on one I was already working on. I trust their work completely and would definitely use them again.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work that was done by Mr. Electric of Cincinnati East. They exceeded our expectations. We had a ceiling fan and 2 outside lights installed by their electrician, Greg. He was on time, very meticulous and when he left you would’ve never known he was here if it weren’t for the new fixtures. We were surprised by how reasonable the price was as well. You will not be sorry for giving them a try, I could not recommend them enough.

Chris installed 8 LED ceiling lights in my family room in one day and I am very pleased with the lighting results.

Words cannot express what Mr. Electric-Greg Koo has done for us. We lost power to1/2 of our house. We had no air in hot August. They came and saved the day. Greg let us know what he was doing every step of the way. We had air that same day and didn’t take long to solve our problem. It was a big job but Greg got it done. Thank you
