My old pool light was tripping the breaker. Donovan did a good job diagnosing that the breaker was not working, so he replaced it. While the new breaker allowed the light to come on momentarily, switching the light on still trips the circuit.
Neither he nor I were able to find the junction box despite extensive searching all around my yard. Hence, he reached a point of saying he wasn’t able to go further, short of tearing up concrete around my pool which I did not want to do.
He reported to his boss the situation, who very generously offered to not charge anything for the visit.
I offered to pay for the time spent - about 2 hours- but that’s not how their pricing structure works, so there was no charge at all!
Even though my light problem is not fixed,
I will definitely call them in the future for electric work as are a very ethical and professional company.
(I will likely just remove the light at this point.)

We recently had Mr Electric Cincinnati East install wiring for a new grill exhaust fan, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The technician was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done safely and per our request. The communication, the coordination and everything was first class. Donovan from Mr Electric installed an EV charger port for us. Really professional job and Donovan is a fantastic person. I also paid to have a whole house surge protector installed and am happy that he looked over our junction box and said everything looked great. I highly recommend this company. Super fast next day service (I called late afternoon the day before), with very reasonable costs.

I had a rats nest of amateur wiring that had to pulled out and rebuilt professionally. They arrived when they said and did an evaluation which exposed a "missing neutral" issue. The quality of the result is exactly what I wanted and now I could put the place up for sale with no shame! I'll continue to use them for any other electrical work requirements that may develop. Am very pleased.

I used Mr. Electric East to replace a Federal Pacific Panel (Fire Hazard) original to my 1961 built home, add a whole house surge protector and upgrade my service to 200 amps. Tony, the Owner, was wonderful to work with in making arrangements for a good date to do the work along with arranging 12 mo. same as cash financing. Dovovan and Greg showed showed up right on time the day of the appointment and got right to work. Donovan had discussed with me that they would likely have power turned off most of the day and it would be off within about 15 minutes of their arrive. This information was nice to have so we were prepared for 6-7 hours without power. The communication, knowledge and skills and the service orientated personalities of all three of the people I dealt with speak well of the customer service you can expect from this company. That is backed up with 85+ 5 star reviews here on Google at the time of this review. 100% 5 star reviews was one of the reasons I chose them to do my work as anyone that has dealt with the public in a customer service environment knows how hard that is to accomplish. I now have a great looking panel with plenty of excess power and breaker positions for future projects that is accurately labeled (unlike the old panel) with the wiring behind it neatly run in an organized way vs. the spiderweb that was previously there. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism, work, customer service I received from Mr. Electric East and specifically from Tony, Donovan and Greg. This was a tough job with some unexpected issues to work through due to this old house but they did it with a smile, on time and to my complete satisfaction at the price they quoted. If you're looking for top notch electrical work with people that are easy to work with at a fair price, Mr. Electric East is where I would advise you to go.

Chris Miller was our Service Professional. He was very knowledgeable, took time to answer all of my questions, walk me through and get my approval on his approaches prior to implementing them. They came out to do a free quote, including time and materials. Which was very helpful as compared to other electrician who just tell you it will be time and materials... Whatever that ends up being. 100% recommend Mr Electric and Chris Miller!!!

Chris did very thorough work on multiple electrical updates required to sell our property. Before starting, he thoroughly explained the work needed and why. He presented an estimate and was able to do the repairs the same day. When completed, he walked us to each repair point, demonstrating it functioning properly. Chris was professional, polite and gave us detailed documentation so that we could go forth to closing assuring the new homeowners the repairs were completed. Thank you, Chris.

Had a ceiling fan placed in my vaulted ceiling and a home surge protector put in. Chris certainly knew what he was doing. Then they cleaned up after themselves! Okay 👍 I'm impressed!

Could not recommend Mr Electric enough. Communication, up front pricing, honesty, and hard work. Donovan came across some issues while resolving my electrical issues but worked hard, in freezing temperatures, in the dark, to make sure we had power restored. I appreciate their honesty and dedication and 10/10 will use again.

Greg Koo was very professional and great electrical technician. He got the job done correctly as we discussed. They value your electrical safety. I had put on a electrical surge protector for whole house. Two Emporia energy monitoring systems. Add a electrical outlet under sink and move the disposal switch. It all looks great and filunctions correctly.

Joe and his team were absolutely amazing with my commercial change of space project. Flexible, understanding and efficient.
