Joe came right out when a bad breaker resulted in loss of power to my refrigerator. He was courteous and efficient. I will call him again & share his name with others for sure!

I wanted to write a review on how pleased I was with this company. I called late in the afternoon, got Joe right away & didn't have to leave a voice mail message, he asked me to text him the address where service needed to be & he would get there yet that same day. He texted me if I had a dimmer switch at property, said no, he went to store to purchase for me & came to location later that evening & took care of the problem that same day. I had called another company & couldn't get someone out until 3 weeks later.

Joe did a wonderful job and I won't hesitate to use him again. Another thing is that I live in Florida but own the house in Cincinnati & he took care of my problem and put my mind at ease. "WELL DONE"

One electrician said it was going to be $500 to attach an anchor to our house and replace the weather head, Joe from JTL charged $125 to replace weather head, replace the anchor and attach the cable to the anchor. Duke energy said he did a great job with the anchor and they didn't need to attach it themselves in which they said they normally have to do after electricians places the anchor. He was very professional, on time and lightening fast. I'll definitely use him again and reccomend him to friends.

Very pleasant to work with, explained everything clearly, and did several “little things” I requested at no charge. Made me feel like Lipps is a good company with safety as #1 priority followed by doing a quality job as just as high. I will use them again if I need electrical work. My entire experience with Lipps Electric was great! Tim was phenomenal!!! He fixed an outdoor plug that hasn't worked in 20 years, installed a 3 way switch, 2 new lights and a GFCI in the bathroom all in one day. I will recommend Lipps Electric and Tim to all my friends and family and will definitely use them again for my future electrical needs.

The technician, Zack, did a great job. Even though the problems were somewhat vague, he took his time and explained everything very well. I appreciate how he communicated everything and offered advice. I would definitely use them again.
