I called Mr Sparky after one company I called never showed up, and another company came out and quoted $700 more than what Mr Sparky charged . Vincent was very personable, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and explained everything thoroughly for me. He ran a new electric line to the breaker box for an outdoor outlet for me in my carport. Him and his co-worker arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely call Mr Sparky again for future work.

Andrew was phenomenal! He had no excuses. He came to our home identified the problem and executed. Thank you all again. He did have someone with who was also awesome!!

Virgil was a professional throughout. He thoroughly Explained what the problem was and how to fix it and was upfront with pricing. I appreciated how quick they were able to come to my house and remedy the situation. Very reasonable pricing and a professional job. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky.

I called because my house was having a partial power issue. They were fast, booked next day but came the night I called anyway, and quickly diagnosed my problem. Fast friendly, professional and polite!

This company is authorized to work in the city of Hamilton, Ohio which is not all electrician's.

Not only is the company "Mr. SPARKY" a good and reputable company, my personal suggestion would be to personally ask for Patrick to do the work. He's also a CHEF from the state of California.

Had the main breaker in the house blow. Called Mister Sparky and Patrick got to house 30 min later. He had us up and running quickly. With it being an older house they came back the next day to get us up to code. Wasn’t expecting to need all that when I called but happy to be powered back on and up to code.

Virgil was sent out to our home today to work on my bathroom exhaust fan. Very nice guy and straight to the point. He showed up on time and very professional. He was able to locate replacement parts for my issues without having to do any new construction. Will use these guys again in the future.

Ken brought me peace of mind after a light fixture was sparking in the basement. Worked fast, very knowledgeable and thorough, and noticed issues that will need resolved in the future. Also, very kind and gave his sympathy with the loss of my father. All while braving the after effects of a winter storm.

Patrick was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job. It was amazing that we had the same day service and it wasn’t just an estimate but it was also a repair all in the same day. The cost of the repairs were also very reasonable.

My service person Virgil came out to inspect my electrical issues. One was a plug hanging from the wall & other two issues had to be investigated a lil further but wasn’t guaranteed to find the issue. So we didn’t do other job yet. Will wait til I get bathroom remodel with walls knocked down for better investigation. Virgil was friendly & knowledgeable & let me know everything b4 he did the work. C u soon Virgil, I have more work to come, will use Mr Sparky again.

We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Sparky! We needed our panel and service line from the street replaced and some other little things installed like ceiling fans, bathroom fans, a couple outlets etc. They were great to work with from the estimate to the follow up. The estimate process was transparent and honest, everything written down and explained. Scheduling was straightforward and easy too. The company sent out 4 awesome technicians that answered my questions and worked very hard to successfully get the job done in less than 10 hours. We had a couple issues arise after the work was done but they didn't hesitate to come out at my convenience and fix them. They did great work, on time and at a reasonable cost. 5 outta 5 HIGHLY recommend!

Kenney was really great. Very respectful and knew his stuff. I’m very happy with his electrical work and Mr. Sparky is a great company! Always ready to send a technician out right away. Same day or next day service is amazing! And their prices are affordable! Would highly recommend!
Follow up: Vince and Preston did a great job with some rewiring work. They were on time, accomplished the work quickly and cleaned up nicely when they were done.
I will be using Mr. Sparky again for sure if the need arises. Very impressed.

This was a very simple job, I was originally quoted half the cost but I actually paid because he had to add an electronical box. I doubt it was double the work and cost but he was already working so what could I do. The job was to install mounted lights and since they weren't mounted properly I'm removing one star. I needed to change the color of the lights that he set them to, I mentioned it before he left however he didn't seem to eager to do it so I decided to do it myself after he left and that's when I discovered the missing screws needed hence why it wasn't mounted correctly. He did clean the site via broom and mop. 3/5 since this may require someone to come ensure these lights are secure.

I needed some electrical work done quickly to be able to close on my house. I called Mr. Sparky and they were able to come out the next day. The electrician Kyle was very professional and thorough. He showed up on time and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and will definitely be using them again in the future.

My experience was great!! Virgil was very respectful and knowledgeable about his work, he took time explaining and walking me through the process of locating and fixing the problems at hand. He also went the extra mile in helping me solve a problem outside of what he was called for. I would highly recommend him to others in need.

Patrick was informative and efficient. Disconnected and capped wires to a heating unit in my ceiling that I don't use, as my house is 150 years old and I don't know when that unit was installed. Now I feel safe. Checked my outlets and breaker box for no extra charge. Very friendly and respectful person.

Hired Mr. Sparky to install a ceiling fan in our living room with 18 foot ceilings. They came out provided us an estimate which was very reasonable and we're able to come back a couple days later to complete the work. They were very thorough in explaining what they needed to do, approximately how long it would take and making sure during the install they clarified if we we wanted the light installed that came with our fan. We were very happy with there work. They were efficient and finished within the time and cost quoted. We would certainly hire them again for any of our electrical work. Preston did a great job and was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

We made a service call because part of our home lost electricity. The technician, Patrick, was very friendly and polite. He explained his process before he began and then explained what the problem was thoroughly.

Once he had completed his inspection he explained the fix and even demonstrated how to work our circuit breaker. Part of our issue was that we weren't resetting g the breakers correctly. Patrick showed us how to do it abd then allowed us to practice doing it the right way. He also explained how electricity effects your circuits and gave us some great advice to avoid future issues.

My wife and I will definitely be using mister sparky for any future needs and we highly recommend them! Great service, great value!
