Electrical reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Scott and Will did an awesome job. I had a long list of things for them to check, and they thoroughly evaluated each item. They were very honest about what they did recommend and didn't recommend I have done on my list. It never felt pushy or salesman-like which I loved. I would highly recommend them and will be calling when more things arise. They moved a hanging light that was off-centered and had bothered me for years, put my over-the-range microwave on its own circuit so it would stop tripping the breaker, and they brought my panel up to code by putting in a whole-house surge protector.

Excellent!!

highly recommended!

These guys are great to work with. Very professional, accommodating, and respectful.

RDK Electrical is the best. A perfect customer service experience.

Very speedy, very cordial, very professional. Will continue to use RDK

Great group to use. Super fast process to get started and even faster time to finish!

Cory is polite, efficient and neat. Would recommend to others. Thank you

I worked with RDK in the winter of 2016. Great experience. Definitely recommend.

RDK was very reasonably priced and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Corey was super. Walked me through what he was doing and corrected what he could. Went above and beyond while working with my electrical outlets. Will definitely use him again.

Corey is AWESOME to say the least. I recently had an electrical problem in my home and I randomly found RKG on the internet. I am a widow with custody of two children and am going through a medical difficulty with one of them that is very worrisome. That wonderful guy repaired the problem in less than hour and very professional. Afterward I asked him the cost and he said he did it free for me at no charge. This man really knows his stuff and I will recommend him to everyone. I had to hug him. 🙂

Just had an appointment with RDK to replace a breaker. They were easy to work with, responsive and very professional -not to mention a great value! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again I the future.

I'm so glad I called RDK Electrical Service. Cory was so nice and explained everything he was going to do so clearly. Cory could not be any nicer. If your looking for an electrician this is the place you want to call. I'm going to tell all my family and friends about RDK Electrical.

Had RDK to my home again to do some electrical work on an exterior gfci outlet. Their work is always clean, neat and thorough. I won’t hesitate using RDK again for future electrical needs.

I contacted Cory to install an EV charger and a 20amp outlet in my garage. He was able to complete the install within a few weeks and now I’m in business. I recommend you call RDK for your electrical needs.

I have used Cory and his crew for the last four years to handle all my electrical needs. He’s done small things like install ceiling fans and new light fixtures to bigger projects like installing new outlets and my outside meter box. I am constantly impressed by the quality of their work, professionalism, thoroughness in explaining things, and very reasonable prices. Due to these things I have been a repeat customer for years. I highly recommend RDK Electrical Service. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

RDK - Cory and Bob are great to work with! They explain what needs to be done and options for best route to take. Fair price for the jobs. They have installed multiple ceiling fans where it wasn’t just a simple switch out, ran electric for our gas fireplace insert, worked on an old mess of wires to switch to WiFi switch needing a neutral, ran electric for the security cam. They are very responsive and don’t have to wait a long time for them to come to the house. Will continue to work with Cory and Bob! It’s like having a family member as your electrician!

Absolutely amazing! Went above and beyond to not only find, fix, explain, & show the problem! Rushed to get an inside & outside breaker 15 mins before they closed just so he could be here next morning @ 7:30am for an all day project! I cannot reiterate how happy I am I found RDK! I will absolutely refer him and use him for any electrical work from here on out!!

Came out same day when my property was experiencing catastrophic electrical failure, identified the problem, and got to work. I will be using RDK again. Incredibly thorough, thoughtful and honest work. Thank you so much.
