Great people to deal with!

Great company. We refer all of our cabinets to them...

Very bad service. No follow up on estimate. Not answering questions. When I finally went to their showroom after not hearing from them, I spoke to someone who didn’t know what she was talking about! I’ll never return!

We had our carpeting cleaned by Mark Chris & Marie. They did a fantastic job & were very pleasant🤩Would highly recommend Weickert's to anyone!!!

Guy came out to take measurements and discuss what we are looking for. He said he’d get back to us the next day but we never heard back. Tried calling a few times and we were given nothing but the runaround. It’s been over a week and still nothing. I’m not sure why they’d waste their time coming out to our house if they aren’t going to follow through. It was a complete waste of their and our time. I can see from other reviews this is a common theme. If you expect your business to survive you better get your act together.

A few weeks ago in good faith I called them to see if they did tile floor installation. Basement flooded, destroyed the carpet and we bought the tile already. A while after that a nice fellow named Jon came over to assess. Said he'd send a quote. I have called 3 times now and spoke to I believe the owner. Still no show on the quote. Just say you don't want the job. I think this is what it feels like to be discriminated against. :-(

They were able to get me scheduled quickly and did an amazing job! They also cleaned my dining room chair cushions, which I did not originally ask to be cleaned. I appreciated their flexibility and having the supplies needed for an on the spot request!

We have 3 dogs, 2 teenagers and carpet that's at least 12 years old. For years, we've been cleaning our carpets ourselves. An accident here, a spot there. We finally reached the point of needing a professional cleaning. Enter Weickert's. They arrived on time, came in and started to work immediately. To say they did an amazing job would be an understatement. Our carpets look, smell and feel amazing. No crunch when you walk. They were here for 2 hours. They moved our furniture, no upcharge. They vacuumed, no upcharge. We will absolutely be using them again. Highly, highly recommend.

Weickert’s returned my call quickly and was able to make a next day appointment. Mark and Chris did a great job dry cleaning my sectional. Worth every penny - they took everything apart and did a thorough job brushing, vacuuming and cleaning. They were very honest with what can and cannot be cleaned with dry clean only upholstery. I will use them again.

Weickert's replaced a section 3' x 3' section of our hardwood floor that had water damage. They were one of the few companies that would quote repairing a section versus wanting to refinish the whole floor for hundreds more. The majority of our floor was in good shape, we just needed a section repaired. They matched the wood really well. There is some color variation compared to the rest of the floor but it's not significant. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Worked with John on a 100yr old house. He was extremely thorough and walked through expectations with me.

Him and his guys did a great job matching the existing color of the floor and really making the old floor POP. His crew cleaned up each day and were very good about working during hours where the neighbors wouldn't be bothered.

Would definitely work with him again on any hardwood flooring refinishing.

I purchased carpet on 5/14 and Jeremy Coons ( with the nice shoes lol) was extremely nice and helpful. I went to two different Lowe's locations and Home Depot and did not receive hardly any assistance. I was looking for matching carpet and he really took the time to help me find a match and even helped me stay within my budget. I will not go anywhere else for my carpet needs, even if that means paying a little extra because it's hard to find customer service like that these days. Thanks Jeremy!

It was our first time replacing carpet and Jeremy was great with each step of the process and also with helping us make the best choice for our home. We are very happy with not only the outcome but also the great service we received.
