We chose Buddy’s flooring America for our new kitchen because of its positive reputation in our community. Our new kitchen is complete and we are thankful to now be a part of that positive reputation. Jeremy, Coons, Account Manager of the Colerain, Ohio location, played a significant role in making our dream kitchen a reality. While in Buddy’s show room, Jeremy displayed professional manners, knowledge of the products he represented and patience with our specific needs. We never felt pressure from him to pick one type of flooring over another and no time restraints were placed to make our decision. Jeremy personally came to our home and measured the floor plan with confidence and precision. Surely he had tackled larger product projects in the past, but he did not limit his attention to our project, based on its small size or awkward angles. He seemingly worked effortlessly on completing the paperwork, ordering materials, and establishing an installation date ~ ALL conducive to OUR schedule. We are proud that Jeremy‘s thumb print is in our home and would highly recommend him, and Buddy’s Flooring America, to those interested in upgrading their own home.

Excellent customer service and professional installation! I highly recommend Buddy's Flooring America, at the Colerain Avenue location. I needed a quick install for several large rooms of carpet and Jeremy Coons came to my rescue. Other carpet stores were heavily booked and couldn't meet my deadline for installation. I called Buddy's Flooring and Jeremy immediately offered assistance. He scheduled a visit to take measurements, brought along a few carpet samples and arranged to have the carpet installed in just 1 week!!! I was amazed and very pleased. The installers were polite and efficient. They did an excellent job. Thank you Jeremy!

Just a fantastic experience! Sales Rep Jeremy Coons listened to what we were looking for, showed us a nice selection of styles & price ranges and was very patient with all of our questions. We will surely be back to do business with Jeremy for all of our flooring purchases. He made our buying experience a "seamless" one from start-to-finish. We were also very happy with the installers, Gary & Mike, who were extremely detailed in their work and really nice guys to boot!

As first time carpet buyers my husband and I did not know what to expect, but Dave Mullins made the process so easy and stress free. He took the the time to ask us questions and get to know our needs before making recommendations on products. He walked us through the pros and cons of each carpet in the various price points before we made our decision. The carpet was ordered and installed in a very timely manner and looks great! We could not be happier with the whole experience and will absolutely be going back to see Dave at Buddy’s in Colerain for any future flooring needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Missy at Buddy's Flooring America, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and took the time to understand my flooring needs. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she guided me through the options with patience and expertise.

If I could give more stars on this review, I would. We had a great experience with Buddy's Flooring Colerain. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we felt like valued customers. Dave waited on us, talked us through what we were looking for, didn't try to sell us something higher end than we needed. He came out himself and measured our space within a couple days, was very transparent about estimated cost vs. actual cost, then got us scheduled very quickly for install. I also can't say enough good about the two gentlemen that did our installation as well. They were prompt, courteous, and very meticulous in their work, and they did our entire house in a day and half. Our carpet looks fantastic and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience, especially in a time where it's just hard to get good service these days. Thanks Buddy's you knocked this one out of the park. Excellent job!

I am so happy with my experience at Buddy's Carpet. The sales manager Dave Mullins went over and above for me with my new VLP flooring. The floor looks beautiful! He came to my home and took extra time with me picking just the right floor. The installers, Salvador and his sons were amazing! They took extra special care to protect my appliances and the workmanship is so much better than anything I expected. I highly recommend Buddy's for your next floor job. You won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience purchasing flooring for my home. Dave was a big help and easy to work with. The installation team (Sal), were extremely clean, courteous, and did a great job. Based on my experiences, I will be a repeat customer.

Absolutely the most unprofessional experience that we have ever had! Jeremy was our sales person, condescending and lacking in communication, took days to weeks to respond o our emails. We researched Home Depot, Mc Swains, Lowe's and Empire and decided to go with Buddy's because they use internal installers. We didn't want to be one of the horror stories you read about in reviews like, "sold us flooring that wasn't in stock" or started the job and ran out of product" or "put down 2 completely different types of LVT in same room". We did an entire home, carpet in upstairs and finished basement, and 1st floor in LVT. Every single instance mentioned above happened to us. They sold us flooring that was not in-stock, they got halfway through the job and ran out of material, then they tried to use a different floor. They stood us up for 2 appts and we only found out they weren't coming when we called and asked where they were. They also had an entire second pallet of product shipped to the home and left it in the middle of the living room and refused to move it, we had to move the product ourselves and store it in our garage. It took them over 5 months to complete the job.
Then had the audacity to imply that our job was more complicated than most when in fact the sales man Jeremy came out to the home and never mentioned this little fact to us...apparently putting flooring around a fireplace doesn't occur very often (Seriously?) The salesman did nothing but bad-mouth all of the other companies and we so wish that we had went with one of them! We completely remodeled an entire home, both interior and exterior and everything was completed in less time than the flooring. None of the other contractors treated us as poorly as Buddy's Flooring, in fact every single one of them was incredible to work with and respected our time and home.
It truly was a nightmare and the team at Buddy's Flooring cost us time and money. FYI...there isn't any customer service department either, we tried reaching out to their corporate office and anyone else that may be able to help us get this done and NO ONE responded to our messages and phone calls, kind of scary when you consider a job of almost $13,000.

Dave M was incredible to work with because of his friendliness and professionalism. It was a welcome change to be able to walk in, talk with someone with decades of experience with the same company, who helped me make a decision as if his money were on the line! I am so glad I chose to work with Dave and Buddy's Flooring. Friends and family love the carpet! One friend who installs carpet for new construction for a living approves that the carpet is high-quality and installed very well. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Jeremy helped me out when I thought I was out of luck for cutting and binding a piece of existing carpet. Great to still see some good customer service these days. Thanks!

Missy and Dave were very helpful advising us when selecting commercial carpet for our Condo Association at Buddies on Colerain. The selection of commercial carpet at Buddies was far and above the selection we found at any other place. The installers did a great job even though it was cold making that commercial carpet especially stiff and hard to work with. The job looks great and we are very happy with it.

Just had vinyl laid in entire house, too bad cant share video. I only took 1 picture. Buddys is a great place to deal with. Dave will explain pros and cons of the different flooring options and figure out your best floor for your lifestyle.

Richard was easy to work with and did an outstanding job installing the new carpet in our four buildings. Also need to mention Jeremy who sold us the carpet, did the measuring and kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process making everything go smoothly.

Thank you Jeremy Coons. The new carpet gave us confidence that we had presented our home in the best possible way to sell. It went into multiple offers the 1st day on the market and we settled with an “over asking” contract! Your expertise and recommendations were just what we needed to know when deciding the carpet. We enjoyed the carpet immensely during the process of selling. Well worth it.

About 2 years ago my wife and I bought Mannington LVT from Jeremy. He sold us on its ability to hold up to dogs and kids. He told us that it has a several day warranty on water damage and he took his keys out of his pocket and scratched the plank and told us it was scratch resistant. About a year of having the floor installed we had bubbling planks due to water and scratches. When Jeremy sold us the product he told us that Buddy’s has tremendous claims department and would take of any problems we had. But when I went in to tell them about the issues we were having Dave said he was going to send our pictures over to claims but I never heard back from Dave or claims. A few months ago my wife was sliding an Amazon box on the floor and the top layer of a plank peeled off. She went up the store spoke to Dave again and this time he actually got us in touch with claims. Claims sent one of there own installers out to look at the issues. He said the floor should not be having these issues and even pointed out some issues that I had not noticed such as uneven plank. He told me that he was going to get this information to the claims office and they would find a solution. The claims office said this was all normal wear and tear. The disconnect between everyone at Buddy's is shameful and no one is keeping their word. My recommendation is to go to Lowe’s or home depot pay half the price for higher quality product and service.

Buddy’s has become our go to provider for all our flooring needs. Most recently, we replaced the flooring in our master bath and are very pleased with the outcome. Dave was wonderful to work with, very professional, accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend!
