A friend had told me of her dealings with Dave Mullins at Buddy's Flooring. She was happy with his help in picking carpet for her house. And price she wanted to spend.When time came for me to get new carpet she assured me to go there also. Well I did and I must say I am very pleased with all he helped me with. Type of pad under the carpet etc. The carpet is beautiful and I am very happy to send someone else to Buddy's Flooring and ask for Dave Mullins!

They arrived on time, worked hard and put the carpet down professionally. The cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming the loose ends. I will have them back to do a job in a heartbeat.

I just had my carpet installed today and am so pleased! From start to finish everything went better than I could have expected. When I was picking out carpet and trying to figure out options and cost, I must have called four or five times within a few hours. Each time, I talked to Dave Mullins. He was so darn nice and helpful! He never seemed aggravated that I kept calling and patiently answered all my questions. There is a Buddy's closer to my house than the Colerain store but I traveled the further distance just because of how great Dave was to me on the phone. Once I decided to actually go to the store to look at the carpet, Dave waited 90 minutes past when he was scheduled to be off of work, just so he could help me. Scheduling installation went very quick. The installers arrived on time and were so friendly, polite, and very thorough in cleaning before they left. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them credit also but unfortunately I'm drawing a blank. They put all my furniture back where I wanted it and did an awesome job of leaving no seams showing! My carpet looks awesome! The only problem is my furniture doesn't match the new carpet color. What to do? What to do? Buy new furniture!

I couldn't bee more pleased with the service I received from Jeremy Coons. He worked with us last year to select carpet for the lower level that had water damage. He steered us to a wonderful carpet and premium pad that is still as good today as the day it was installed. Worth every penny! When I needed carpet for some rental property, I knew there was no one I would turn to other than Jeremy. Again, he steered us to the right product we needed and got it ordered and installed quickly and painlessly. Thanks so much.

Excellent service from Dave Mullins and his team from Buddy's Carpet on Colerain. After not one, but two no shows from a big box store, Dave was the man!! He helped me pick out a great carpet for my basement. No high sales pressure, and I got a fantastic deal. Installation was great, and I am thrilled with my carpet and so are my kids. Will go back to him for my next carpet need without question!!

Last year we bought one room of carpet & replaced our bathroom floor thru Buddy’s. We were very happy with the the price, the process & the service from salesman Dave Mullins & installer, Gary.
So, when we wanted to buy carpet & flooring for the rest of the house, there was no question where we would go. Gary arrived with his partner, Brian and they noticed our steps were finished in a way that isn’t usually done. They took the time to explain and demonstrate the difference and my preference without making me feel foolish for not knowing what they meant.

I worked with Jeremy Coons for my carpeting needs. He was great and very knowledgeable on all of the carpet and pad options. He was very nice and didn't try to up-sell anything and he was able to find a carpet that I really liked for the budget I had. There was a little slip up with the installation due to some miscommunication with Buddies and the crew that came to install my carpet. Unfortunately they had to come back out and fix a few things but Buddies helped me out and made sure everything was right and got everything taken care of.

Jeremy is a great sales rep who answered all my questions and was professional throughout. I didn't feel rushed at all in the process, and he made sure to accommodate my schedule for measuring/buying/ and install. He was helpful in showing the differences between carpeting and padding choice, brought out large samples for the measure, and discussed in detail the pros and cons of each. I plan on purchasing all of my flooring needs from him and have shared his info with other interested customers, some of which have worked with him previously and agreed with my 10/10 review.

Have worked with this store twice over the past year and a half because I was so impressed with the first job, and I'm willing to pay more for quality and a job well done. They have updated the flooring and baseboard trim in our entire house now and a custom carpet rug as well, and I love every inch. Jeremy has been super helpful throughout the process and absolutely knows his craft - and I'm a hard customer, SUPER picky. Our hard floor installer Adam was also very good and efficient - clearly has been doing this a while and it shows!

Buddy's employees are excellent. We've bought flooring from Dave Mullins four times over the last several years as we've updated our house. Dave is always very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. Buddy's installers are also excellent. Our last installer, Rodo, was fabulous, he and his crew were quick, professional, and addressed all the little details like the closet door guide spacers. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Jeremy Coons at Buddy's Flooring by close personal friends for flooring needs. I purchased a 22yr old condo last year and I think that the carpet was also 22yrs old. I called Jeremy, he came out, we talked first and then he took measurements. I went back to the showroom, picked the flooring and scheduled installation. The installation crew was professional and efficient. I replaced all the carpet and the bathroom flooring with LPV and I couldn't be more pleased.
