I needed the remnants of a concrete slab removed from my back yard that the previous homeowner left after knocking down an old shed. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were professional, courteous and knew exactly how to carry out the work. I am so grateful and pleased with the job that was done. Charlie’s team repaired brickwork on the outside of our house in four different areas. The gentlemen were courteous and we are very happy with the work performed. Their quote seemed reasonable and they were prompt to schedule and complete the job. Steadfast was recommended to me and I have already recommend them to others.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From Jeff, who bid the job, Drew and his crew who did the work, and Charlie, the owner- everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They poured two new slabs in my driveway, a new front sidewalk and sidewalk around my garage, a new 16 x 16 patio, and a concrete pad for the new steps they are building from my garage to patio area. They are great problem solvers and went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns that I had. They are a great crew, and I never heard a complaint from any of them. Communication was excellent and they always arrived when they said they would. Their carpenter also did a great job replacing old metal supports on my front porch with new wooden posts. Their prices were very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful work, done right!

Charlie and his team at Steadfast got me a quote and started work within just a couple of days of me reaching out. They knocked out the project within a week and were transparent + communicative the whole time. They always answered the phone when I called and they were honest and fair with price. I've used Steadfast for 3 jobs at my home. Charlie's crew was professional but friendly, cleaned up after themselves and got the work done quickly. The last job they did was my driveway and so many neighbors have stopped by to compliment their work. Even the guy who drove the cement truck and delivered the concrete to my job said he could tell that they were doing the work "right." I've extremely pleased with it all!

I've been in the process of selling my house, and I had Steadfast Contracting out to fix a retaining wall drainage issue that was identified in the inspection report.

For closing, I needed the work done on short notice, and Charlie was very understanding, flexible, and easy to work with, and was able to accommodate the short notice.

The guys were quick, the work was clean, and I 100% feel like the pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work done.

New driveway looks great. The Steadfast crew showed up right on time each morning and completed the whole job within five days, from removal to replacement. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Steadfast after being ghosted by another contractor. Charlie was very personable and came out within a couple days of me reaching out. While discussing all the work that I needed done, Charlie was very thorough about what they would do any how they would handle all of the work.

The other contractor told me I'd have to get rid of some stone steps that I really just loved, but Charlies assured me that the structure of it was sound and they could repair the steps for me. I was already happy and the work hadn't even started!

On one side of my house, I had a failed retaining wall and a walkway that was collapsing with the wall. On the other, I had a retaining wall that was leaning and moving, my steps to the porch were dropping and pulling away, the walkway was completely leaning with the wall. I also had the stone steps that the masonry was just crumbling and needed fixed. So, in other words, a lot of work. The quote was reasonable and with the amount of work I needed, expected.

There is a required deposit, which is understandable, but I was feeling a little worried since the last contractor just stopped communicating after I approved the quote. Charlie reached out and worked with me on what I would feel comfortable with and most companies won't do that. The fact that he was willing to work with me because of my experience with another company really set the tone for me. Work with a company doesn't start the day they are here to rip out a wall. It's all the interactions and communication leading up to that, as well. This company really nailed that and I felt confident and comfortable with them before they even started.

They gave me a start date and they showed up. They showed up every day when they said they would and did amazing work. They talked me through every single thing they did and simply were great to work with. With one of the retaining walls, it changed the layout of the stone steps - but they still did what they could to keep them for me.

From Charlie, to Chris, to the entire crew - they were all great to work with and they all took the time to talk to me about things they were doing and making sure I was happy and understood. I've attached pictures of their work. I can't even being to say how many compliments I'm getting on their work! What I envisioned and what I got, simply blew me away. I couldn't have dreamed how wonderful it looks! I love it and it was money well spent.

This is definitely a company that will show up and leave an impression on you that makes you a loyal customer. I can say, with certainty, that any future projects will go to them. I trust them to show up and do quality work. Anyhow - look at the attached pictures. It really speaks for itself.

Charlie and his crew will amaze you with their communication, punctuality, efficiency, and creativity with the project at hand. The crew was here on the days they said they would be, and they were right on time. They were very pleasant, hard working, and did an incredible job with our projects. Last summer, we replaced a screened in porch with a 3-season room. The crew tore out and created a new concrete flooring for our rebuild. We were so pleased with their work, we had them come back to tear out an old patio and replace it with a new one. Barry has an eye for design and took the project to another level. They extended the sidewalk around the back of the house and added river rock to complete the project. The crew was amazing with their cleanup, power washing our driveway, sidewalk, and even cleaned the street.

Charlie was great to work with from the very first contact. He was responsive, answered all my questions about the project, and provided a clear estimate for the work. I was able to get on his schedule within a couple of weeks from our first contact. The projects included demo/pouring new front steps, repaired rear steps, and demo/pouring bottom third of driveway with new linear drain installed to existing sump pump. The crew was great and willing to share their expertise as I was asking questions about the work. They kept me in the loop on when they would be back based on weather and when they would be finishing. Everything looks great!
