Workman was nice and courteous however did have to do a couple touch ups after he left..we also found a tear and scratch on one of our screens that was not there before which we will need to have repaired. Also now that the sun is shining on the windows there are streaks and drips everywhere.. definitely will not use this company again

Tyler from Cincinnati did an awesome job. These guys know what they're doing and go above and beyond every time. Wouldn't go anywhere else for the job! If you work with Tyler, you won't be disapponted.

I contacted Cincy Gutter Boys, which is actually a subcompany of another larger company - Ned's Home Services - based on their reviews. I paid for the gutter cleaning in advance and was told twice that the service would be delayed. They never responded to my email inquiries and I finally had to call to get the service done. Other companies provide feedback after the service, such as pictures. I had to climb up on a latter to make sure it was actually done! I wouldn't use them again.

Worker was on time. Courtesy Phone call when arrived. Best gutter clean and water flush I have seen in 8 years. They even blew leaves away that had gathered on the sidewalks.

George and his crew did a amazing job. Finally had some rain and the gutters they installed did amazing and have had 0 problems or leaks anywhere.

Lack of communication, attention to detail and timeliness was appalling. Original call to schedule a gutter cleaning and underground drain flush out was 4/23/25. I called multiple times asking for updates on when the crews would come out to complete the work. Weeks went by, months went by and work finally got completed on 7/2. They only sent one e-mail out about "delays" and when I had called, they said I was on the schedule but couldn't give a timeline. Had I known it was going to be 10 weeks, I would have taken my money elsewhere and I certainly will next time.

Poor communication from this company! They randomly show up on property with less than an hour’s notice- if you are not home and pets are…. It’s a risk with open gates and… your trees may not be done dropping leaves! The company calls these day of visits a benefit- you provide your credit card, they come twice a year at their, not your… convenience! Will not recommend this company and have stopped all my services. I miss the old Gutter Boys with original owners and far friendlier and better customer service!

The work/service was excellent. Our gutters are nice and clean and the worker was very professional. In terms of customer service, I could have done without the pressure of paying for services beyond what I was calling about when I made the appointment. They want to automatically sign you up for their annual plan, and require a credit card on file when scheduling. Some people may appreciate the convenience, but I just wanted my gutters cleaned once without a commitment (or my card on file). Besides the sales pressure, all good.

Not recommended at all... Called to get gutters cleaned a month ago. At the time they stated they were about a week out. One month later still nothing, so I called inquiring about the delay and they stated that there was lots of rain lately. They then agreed to be out next day. They showed up and stated there were bees and they couldn't do the gutters. I flew the drone over all the gutters on the house and there are no bees, only cicadas. I can only guess their workers don't know the difference.

Antonio and DeShaun ( apologies in advance) came to fix a downspout . Prompt, located the problem, discussed options with me, fixed the downspout quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be happier. 😊

We used CGB's in the past and have always been pleased with their services. They had always been efficient, tidy and they always cleaned the front of our gutters. We have a 100 foot Maple tree that drops a lot of debris on and around our home. We had just layed mulch two weeks prior to their estimated arrival. The debris that was left on out porches, decks and plants left us highly unsatisfied. I'm not a review person.

Don't do it- they ghosted me after not completing the contract, then signing me up for another year without my consent. Never had trouble with my gutters or water in my basement till less than one year with Cincy Gutter Boys. Their "fall service" turned out to be February- never in 25 years has the house had so much dangerous ice build up. It took them four visits to complete a house with two straight runs less than 160'. Only wanted to talk in the phone- nothing in writing. Don't do it-

cleaning services with a DIFFERENT company. It reminded me of my poor experience with Cincy Gutter Boys last year. They use different crews for different work, and one doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. Your initial call will be with someone who takes down the relevant information and passes it along. Next are the folks that come and assess/estimate the job. Next comes the crew that does the actual work. Finally, the office crew that does the invoicing and payment processing.

I had to correct their records for the service I requested more than once. I had to call to chase the repair crew down when they did not show up within the time frame promised. When the repair/install crew eventually got here, they STILL had incorrect information as to the work to be done.

The gutter cleaning crew finally showed up (with no notice) and abruptly left with no communication or explanation. Again, I had to call for an explanation. The crew claimed I had no outdoor water source. Not true, the outdoor faucet is clearly visible on the side of the house. They returned a few days later, again, with no notice. They did some work and left with no communication before leaving. I had to call again in an attempt to find out if everything was completed and if all was OK. The office person really didn't know.

I sent an email expressing my frustration, which received no response. I paid my balance due and vowed never to use them again.

Great communication with technicians on-site. I’m not a fan of the appointment system whereby I have to ask to set the appointment date/time rather than leave it open-ended and wait for them to show up any time. I wanted to be here when they came and it was challenging to get the appointment maker to acquiesce and set an appointment day and time with me. I made a reasonable request and she wanted to spar that point with me. Once the guys did arrive, they gave great service.

It was very easy to make an appointment and everyone I spoke to in customer service was very nice. When I made the appointment on May 24th for them to come out to clean our gutters, we were told they’d be out within 2 weeks. No one showed up or called to let me know their schedule was behind. When I called back to see if there was an issue, I was told they’d schedule was delayed due to rain. I didn’t remember any rain in the recent past, but they assured me that someone would be out as soon as possible. I finally received an email in mid June stating they were having issues getting to our house because of the rain. I’m fairly certain it had only rained one day while I was away. My husband finally had to call them and tell them we would find a new company if they didn’t come by June 30th. By then, we had a mini tree growing out of our gutters. When they finally came out, it took them 15 minutes from beginning to end. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. They will be coming back out in October or November after majority of the leaves fall to clean the gutters again. I’m waiting to see how that goes before we decide to make any decisions.

Fantastic service. Fast, reliable, and literally leaves the place better looking than when they arrived. 😂 Love that I didn't have to be home for the service. Clean up was neat & tidy in a garbage bag that easily fit in my trash can. Signed up for subscription service and will have them back out later this year. Great pricing, too. No regrets. Give them a call.

**I wish I would have trusted my gut when I called this company. They present as a locally owned and operated company, but, upon calling their you get a 1-800 feel. We had to request a recall on the original service 2 times after the job was "completed." I think it's pretty telling when you have an employee tell you "this company doesn't know what they're doing and most of these guys shouldn't be doing this job. I'm about to leave and do my own thing and I've only been here two months."
Ask for the pictures of the job. The pictures we got of the "completed" job weren't relevant and showed no results or proof of the gutters having been cleaned. We literally walked into my husband's office where we could look into a section of our home's gutters to see that it hadn't been touched
Additionally, their security certificate expired 2 days ago and it's no longer safe to make online payments. We would advise not using this company's services.

This company was easy to work with and reasonably priced. Only complaints I had are more gutter debris on my deck than expected. Also the gutter guards were not properly replaced as shown in the picture. But I would recommend them and use them again.

The crew that came to my house on July 11 did a fantastic job! Everything looks great and They did a great job of cleaning up. The crew was polite, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Cincy Gutter Boys and the three man crew they sent to my house that day.!

The tech cleaned all of my gutters and my dryer vent. They were very thorough and professional and on time.

I will not ever use this company again and I have used them for the past few years. They convinced me to get my dryer vent cleaned out and they BROKE a slat on my vent. When I called to let them know, they gave me an inactive email (it immediately kicked back to me) and no one has gotten back to me about addressing this. Very unprofessional and will be using another service next time.

Edit to add: they also somehow broke the hose nozzle. It now leaks every time I use my hose when it didn’t do that before. Overall just a pain company.
