We’ve been using Steve for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier. He’s always on time, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and really listens to any concerns we have. Since he started treating our home, we’ve had a huge decrease in bugs—inside and out. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind and great service

We have used Terminix for well over a decade now, and we are very happy with the service. Steve is our technician and has been for years. He does a great job. I like that he courteously lets us know the plan for his arrival and service a day or two ahead of the service. We are glad to have Steve and Terminix.

Terminix and their technician, Steve, are exceptionally professional and courteous. They answer my calls/texts and the service they provide is extremely effective.

Steve is diligent by reaching out ahead of time to let us know when he is coming. He has even worked with me and schedule times when I can be at home to calm our dog while he does his thing outside. Great customer service! We appreciate him.

Steve always gives me notice a day in advance of my service and shows up when scheduled. He always ask if there are any issues or concerns and addresses those. Always professional and leave the property in good condition

This place can't keep appointment times, I've lost count on how many times my time was canceled or it was moved without letting me know, not to mention all the no call no shows. I'm thinking a refund should be in order, this is way out of hand. Do not use them, find another company to use of you actually want someone to come to your house to do their job.

Steve C is always prompt and friendly. He always calls ahead to provide service date & confirms no additional issues or questions.

We're always more than satisfied with the service we receive from our technician, Steve. To be honest, he's the main reason we still have the service. Yes, the treatments keep us bug-free, but the manner in which he communicates with us, goes above and beyond to apply the treatments, and always projects a positive spirit are the main reasons. Service like that is sadly rare these days, but Steve has earn our loyalty, as we have turned away less expensive competitors left and right. Steve's expertise and advice for both interior and exterior issues have been spot-on over the years. Yes, we're very satisfied.

Our service rep, Steve C, came out this morning to spray for insects. He always calls a day or two before he is to come over. He is always on time & pleasant to deal with. He asks if we are having any issues.

I want to share our appreciation of Steve and Terminix. To receive a call before each service, and not just a text message, is such an example of Terminix's commitment to good customer relations! Steve always communicates and makes sure we are happy with his service. We had a tick problem early in the spring, but no longer. We live in a wooded area, so Steve and Terminix are essential! While Steve was spraying for ticks, he noticed a hornets' nest in one of our trees... he sprayed the nest and came back the next day to knock it down!

THERE ARE CRITTERS IN THE WALLS AGAIN! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
We only went with them because we believed they would do a better job at covering the holes the animals were using to get in and out than we would have. They failed to cover everything mentioned in the invoice. I know they're not carpenters, but for $2500 we should've gotten way better results than we did.

Miguel is very friendly. He does a great job! The windows are always so clean, our customers are always complimenting them!

UPDATE: finally got someone to put me on their schedule for May 8th, they no call no showed our business. Then randomly, on June 4th I get a call that someone is at our building to clean and no one here is here open up for them?

Used them once and they did a great job. I have since called them three times and they say their scheduling team will call me back and no one ever does.

Jacob Hum is very professional and always come in with a smile on his face. Does a great job on cleaning all of our business windows, and shows up every few weeks as we have requested with no delay.

Andrew did a phenomenal job and was so patient with me because I was on calls on morning and he was so nice. Also I have a German Shepherd so he would periodically go outside so I could let my dog out. Great service!
