A month ago I paid $1,575.00 for an exclusion service, they were out of garage door seals so asked me to call in 2 weeks to get that installed to complete the service. I have called almost every day for 2 weeks now and have been given a different response every time. The scheduling team will call me, the district sales manager will call me, the tech will call me, the appointment will be scheduled on my customer portal within 24 hrs, etc… no one has called me. Today I called and even the escalation team, AND weekends and evenings team were not available for help. I know this service was outsourced to another company, but I signed a contract with Terminix and I expected them to uphold it. I am beyond frustrated and am considering disputing the charge if they don’t complete the service within 6 weeks of the day it was promised for, which is coming up soon. Only use them for general pest service, if they outsource your job - cancel asap. I work in home services and this is absolutely unacceptable from a home service pest manager myself. I never leave negative reviews, but this is the only thing I can think of to get them to call me back and finish the job I paid for.

Steve, the Terminix tech that services our property, is very knowledgeable and thorough at every visit. He is polite, friendly and always arrives on time to perform our quarterly service. We are very pleased with his performance.

Steve from Terminix is amazing. The service is always kind, professional and flawless. This is one of the few home services that I’ve never considered getting rid of, based almost fully off of Steve’s knowledge, quality of work, and excellent communication skills.

We were having an issue with wasps and had a pest control company we were using. However - It was clear they were not doing a great job with all of the issues we were having. We called Terminix and they have been great! The wasps have disappeared and Steve is extremely friendly and strives to make sure they don’t come back! I highly recommend Terminix for all your pest control needs.

We’ve had multiple different people from Terminix come treat our house. Steve by far has done the best job. He takes his time inspecting around the property. He is very thorough in cleaning up spider webs. He lets us know if he sees anything concerning. And he thoroughly treats the whole parameter of the house and deck.

Steve is always friendly, notifies us when he’s coming, is timely, treats any and all concerning areas, and makes stops in between routine service if any issues arise!

Steve C. is amazing! In between routine visits, I found a hornets nest in a tree near my driveway. I text Steve right away who gave me advice and told me he would be out in the morning to take care of it. By 7:30 the next morning it was sprayed and I was assured they would be dead within 24 hours. This is NOT the first time I had to text him in an emergency and he is always so kind and does what he can to take care of it as soon as possible! Thank you Steve for all you do!

Steve from Terminix has been just great. He’s been our Terminix technician for many years and has always been very courteous and friendly, and has helped us out on a number of occasions by identifying issues and taking care of them quickly and very professionally. He definitely knows his job.

Steve did a great job at our home today. He was thorough in his outside inspection and treatment for outside critters since we live in the woods. He was friendly and courteous. He asked before leaving if there was anything else we needed. 😊

Steve is always very professional snd super friendly. He always gives me a heads up when hw will be coming by because i am often out and about. He he is always very thorough and never acts like he is in a hurry to finish up and move on - just gets the job done. He always asks if there are any issues he needs to be aware of and lets us know if he sees something we need to know about but may not have any knowledge of Would hate to ever lose Steve - we started with him and have developed a great rapport with him. We are super pleased with the service and care he provides. Kudos to Steve!!
