Very responsive and great communication! Called for an estimate and that afternoon I received the email estimate from Katie as well as a text to follow up with the email. I was able to get them scheduled for the next day for cleaning our large sectional. We had several questions regarding the process and both Katie & Will talked us thru the procedures and options. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Fiber Seal.

They do an excellent job of cleaning outdoor cushions. Only 3 stars because I had 3 stools that I had scheduled to have cleaned but technician said he was not scheduled to do that. When I made the appointment I clearly asked for their cleaning.
