The installer was very nice, knowledgeable , and professional at doing the gutters. Good job very happy with the results. Cassie was very nice and considerate, oh the price was very affordable with quality materials thanks guys.

I've used Gutters Etcetera for my new gutter installation. They've done a fantastic job. They are easy to schedule with, arrive on time, work quickly, and are very nice.

Gutters Etcetera did a great job replacing all of my gutters and down spouts and even connected my rain barrel with a special Y. I can now water my plants and garden with my rain water and I have a special bull dog mesh to prevent leaf and debris build up. Thank you for an awesome job - everyone was very professional too 👍

What a great company to have your new gutters installed with. Dane has been nothing but great to work with on all my questions. I had a problem with a corner not hitting the gutters just right and Dane sent Rob out to fix the situation and honestly went out of his way to get the job done. If you need gutters this is the route to go. Thanks again gutters etcetera.

Fair price. Due to inflation expensive to me. Installer was good. Thorough in install and modifications that were needed. Salesman made me think I was getting superior product. It’s not. Would love to upload video of my electric blower not able to blow out the pine needles stuck in the leafpro guards.

This company came out to give me an estimate. And tried to force me into a price and into scheduling knowing I had other companies coming out to give me estimates. (You should always way your options and get several estimates.)

The Army vet (picture below) who did the estimate called his manager to get me the best price 😉 (I don't remember their names.) As soon as I denied their pricing and schedule, the Army vet told his manager we were a waste of their time and walked away.

Completely disrespected me, on my own property. Very unprofessional and I would not do buisness nor recommend anyone do buisness with a company like this. And it's funny because after I got my other quotes I probably would have went with them. 👍✌

I scheduled a walk through with etcetra gutters to repair/replace gutters, soffits, fascia on my home.
I spoke with another local company and they took measurements and gave me a quote same day. When etcetra came out all the guy could do was ask me how much the other company quoted me and what the other company’s name is and so on. At the end the etcetra guy said that they don’t do BOX GUTTERS, which is what my house has. I would’ve been happy to provide whatever info/pics to the company if they asked but instead my time was wasted.

$750 to just clean 2 year old gutters and down spouts. What an absolute joke.

For $750 I could just get the gutters replaced again. On top of that dude was 30 minutes late with no call or communication.

Total scam.

We had our gutter replaced over year ago. They were very responsive when work needed to be done. After completion they guarantee repair for one year. I have contacted them several time since fall of last year. Not getting any response in regards to repair. Very frustrating.

Dane from company contacted me about 10 days ago regarding this review and promised that repair will be completed. They came to complete repair today. I had given original rating of 1. Changed to 4 after completion.

I hired this company for gutter re-installation and leaf guard after 2 visits with the sales rep and feeling confident in the work.

Once the job was sold, communication was HORRIBLE! They showed up unannounced to start the job, and never communicated completion of the job. Old gutter materials were left scattered about my property, and a downspout was left attached to my house (they were to remove all OLD gutter material from the premises upon completion).

I did not inspect the job once completion was confirmed. However, I did have to get on my roof for other reasons about 2 months after job completion only to find the leaf guard was installed incorrectly in several areas, leaving large gaps for leaves and debris to fall through, as well as a whole side of my house without guards installed at all!

Communication to get this fixed was nearly impossible. However, they did come, unannounced and "repaired" the issue. Since the last incident, I got on my roof only to find continued large gaps in the leaf guards.

Ultimately, the company had to come out an additional 3 times to "fix" the issues that were not done correctly with the initial install. And still, I feel there are areas of the guards that seem to be "gappy" allowing debris and leaves to get through. I was told a check would be mailed to me to compensate for my troubles. That was 3 weeks ago, and still no check to be seen.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! INCONSISTENT WORK! UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY SENSE!

I hired this company to install new gutters around entire house. Gutters on one side of the house fell down 6 months after install. I have been calling and leaving messages for almost 3 months trying to get them to honor the 1 year warranty and come to repair the gutters. I can get no one to return my calls or emails. Now there is standing water around the side of the house and the basement is flooding for the first time. Very unprofessional. I am now forced to obtain an attorney for damages. I do NOT recommend this company.

I had new gutters installed all the way around 1500 sqf home. They priced better then three other company’s. They also installed the covers over the gutters. I had spill over when it rained and puddles. After my gutters were installed I haven’t experienced any issues no spill over no puddles and they look nice and professional. The only issue I had was asking questions to the installer. He wasn’t able to answer questions and seemed unable to communicate verbally at all. I communicated with the sales manager for understanding of the process while the installer was working. Otherwise I was overall happy with the work and the price.

People often take time to complain about a business or service but rarely to compliment. Gutters etc did some work on my rental property in Cincinnati. It’s always a headache having home repairs done but just imagine doing it from another state. I found them from a google search and made contact. They went and looked at the property, took pictures of what needed to be done and gave me an estimate all via a FaceTime call. I decided to take a chance because they were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and was on point with every conversation we had. I flew out this weekend to see the final project and it exceeded my expectations. They actually finished the job two days earlier. Clean up very well and the job itself was amazing. I now have seamless gutters and cannot be happier with the work that they did. I highly recommend them!!!

We had our gutters cleaned and leaf filters installed recently. I can't speak to the quality of the job because we aren't really able to inspect our gutters. However, shortly after the installation, water began to spill over the side of the gutters in two spots which made me concerned for a blockage which would be odd given the leaf filters. I contacted the company and David reached out and scheduled a service call. No one ever showed up during the two hour window. I called again to ask about this, but have not received a call back in over a week. Highly unprofessional and likely a poor installation. I would take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely awful company. Stay far away. I paid $754 dollars to have my gutters cleaned and pitch adjusted. They sent an immigrant worker to do the actual job, likely subcontracted. Now there is a giant ditch in my yard going straight to the foundation of my house from the water just pouring into the ground.

After a flood, they arrived same day and restored the place. Lifeline service when I needed it most.
