It’s absolutely astonishing to go to a place to eat dinner on July 29 around 8 o’clock and one of yours service representative is parked across blocking all of the handicap parking to enter a building while it’s open and then you walk in and see him yelling at the hostess of the restaurant about how he is trying to get them to buy his services

We have used this company for years and have been “happy” with the experience. Unfortunately they have recently increased their pricing, they now base it on a square footage instead of a fixed price. Normally I wouldn’t care but we got the same exact service (actually less because we chose not to clean our stairs cleaned at 3.50 a stair) that we would’ve gotten last year for over $100 more. Our service wasn’t any better, like you would expect for that much more, this is crazy. We only moved forward because we have family coming into town and we really needed to get our carpets cleaned, we will be looking for another company. It’s too bad too, we were happy with them.

We have been having our carpets cleaned by Widmer for almost 10 years. They do a great job of cleaning but changed their pricing model to a price per square foot and it has almost doubled their cost. They say you only pay for the exposed carpet area but I can tell you they didn’t exclude where couches, entertainment centers, beds, dressers or other things were. They do a good job but are extremely high priced compared to other carpet cleaners. I will not be using them again.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price. When I called to schedule, and after I showed hesitation due to a price estimate, I was told that the company has changed owners. I was told that the product they are now using is better but my carpet looks just as good as it did in years passed. I paid close to +$300 more than last year. That's a lot!!
I will say that Cory was excellent. He was prompt and very efficient once he started. He went so far as to put small chairs and floor lamps on styrofoam lifts. As always, our carpeting looks like it's brand new and it's 30+ years old. I usually get it cleaned every year but at these prices, unfortunately, that's going to stop.

Window Butler arrived on the date promised and washed our very dirty windows (paint splatters) for a fair price. They gleam, sparkle, shine, whatever adjective preferred to describe very clean windows!

Highly recommend Window Butler! We hired them this spring to clean "winter" from our windows and re-install our screens (and they'll be back, because we purchased a bi-annual package at a discount). Danny and his team were communicative, on-time, professional and courteous - and our windows sparkle! You don't realize how dirty your windows are until they are thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Looking forward to having Window Butler back this fall.

It’s surprisingly hard to find a great window washer.
I have a three story home built in 1906 with storm windows. These guys can do it, and do it well. Dan was great; he came out and gave us an estimate promptly. He was professional, and their pricing is completely consistent with the competition.

They do a fabulous job, safely and with professionalism.

We contacted Window Butler for pressure washing on a 3 story house that had unsightly mold and dirt built up on the siding. Dan provided a free estimate within the next few days. The price was fair for the job and scheduling was easy. Curtis and his team pressured washed the house. They were on time, thorough, and did an incredible job--our siding is spotless. Highly satisfied and highly recommend!

Window Butler cleaned the chandelier in my 2-story foyer. We had our hardwood floors refinished and it had left a coating of fine sawdust on the chandelier. I had no idea who to call, so I Googled it and discovered that Window Butler also cleans chandeliers. They were quick to respond and gave me a quote over email after I emailed them a couple photos. Kurtis did a great job cleaning the chandelier and now it sparkles. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

This is the first time using Window Butler. We have used other services in the past but Window Butler was the best by far. We requested a quote and a written quote was returned in a timely manner by email. We had the inside/outside windows and screens cleaned. I called to schedule early in May and was able to set a mid June appointment. We had Kevin and Kaleb. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and were ready to go. They wore footies when working inside the house. They had an efficient process and were thorough. After cleaning all windows inside/outside and the screens they went around checking their work and made touch ups as needed. I believe they were here around 4 hours.
We are very happy and enjoying a 3-D view of the outside.We will definitely have them return before winter and would highly recommend them for your window washing needs. They are bonded and insured and guarantee their work.
