Merrymaids is an affordable luxury. We have 3 kids(2 toddlers and a newborn) and having them come by every other week and clean really helps us out. When your house is clean it just helps the rest of life fall into place.

I made last-minute plans to have a friend come in for the weekend. I panicked knowing that my place needed to be cleaned. I called Merry maids and they were able to accommodate my request for the following day. The entire experience was amazing. Aysia turned up right on time for our appointment. She was very likable trustworthy incredibly professional and did an amazing job. I wholeheartedly recommend Mary maids and would request Aysia!

Merry Maid has been great to work with over the last few months. What's most important to me is an efficient cleaning that occurs on time. Merry Maid has consistently kept our scheduled appointment every 2 weeks, arriving within a 30 minute window and completing the service with 2 technicians in under an hour. I love that they are here when they say they are going to be here and knock it out so I can go about the rest of my day. Jordan & Leanne have been great to work with in caring for my home. They are both much appreciated!

I am not certain if my expectations were too high or this was a mildly underperforming service. I paid for a deep clean, but there were many areas not attended to such as dust on the light fixtures, dust on the top of the refrigerator, dust on top of the laundry units and half cleaned shelves in the office (this would all be cleaned and was all told to me in the sales visit). Our cleaner was very kind and polite and the salesperson was also very personable. I was surprised only one cleaner came to our home when we were told two would be there. I think we can use them again, but to communicate our slightly underwhelming first experience.

We have been so happy with the cleaners. If they missed something you just have to tell them and they will correct it. We have been especially liked Sarah and Robin. I just wish they could come a little later in the morning.

The price is fair, my home looked brand new when the girl got done. And she even took out the garbage! There's a fragrance that comes from the vacuum when it's running which I really thought was nice. The girl dusted the baseboards, ceiling fans, overhead lights... everything was dust free... the furniture shined and the bathrooms sparkled! That girl worked hard to make MY house clean and spotless! I am thrilled with Merry Maids! The complaints I've read must be due to whoever the cleaner was and I doubt that cleaner is still employed 😉 My mom also gets Merry Maids and has a different girl...and she is just as thrilled with her service as I am... and we are both thrilled with low cost!

Sara has been cleaning our house for a while now. Always does a good job, very responsive with specific requests, very courteous and personable. Highly recommended.

We used Merry Maids for a house we have been renting for 5 years, as we are finally moving out. The house was... Disgusting. We have two dogs and with low lighting we did not keep up with cleaning. After Merry Maids were there it looked better than the day we moved in! The team was professional, succinct and helpful. There was no judgement during the walk-through for the quote. They offered extra services in an informative but not sales-man-y way. They communicated clearly without being intrusive. And the level of work was beyond anything we expected or hoped for. We are so happy and satisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to schedule a cleaning the Monday before Thanksgiving almost a month and a half in advance. I confirmed the day at the time and was assured someone would be here to clean prior to our family Thanksgiving. Today when I did not recieve my usual confirmation I called and was told it had accidentally been scheduled for next week and that it would be impossible to come prior to the holiday. I am now scrambling to get cleaning supplies and do the work myself on top of prepping for our family gathering. Very unprofessional and will not be using their service again.

Emma is my cleaner on most Thursdays, the days she not there i can really tell the difference. My house just looks and smells 99% better

I am very satisfied with my service & experience with Merry Maids. I like getting a text reminder the day before. Lynn is my lady. She is exceptional. The office has always been accommodating & friendly when it comes to a change in my schedule or questions. I have health issues & having Merry Maids take care of my cleaning needs is a huge relief. Thank you 😁

They are pleasant and prompt. They are fast. I just didn't feel like my house was clean. I didn't feel like the inside the floor of the rub and shower were cleaned, nor are the hard wood floors ever clean. My white socks are always dirty. The window sills and baseboards are never wiped down. I need look at the contract again. I will try again for a fourth time. They are super nice and responsive. Good customer service.

Kaihlan did a great job. She really cleaned the bathroom well, including the gasket around the faucet mounting. Looks so nice. Tub, tile, vanity are spotless. Kitchen is also. Excellent job!

I’ve been using Merry Maids for a while now and Sam is by far the best person I’ve ever had clean my home. She consistently makes the house feel clean and tidy and I look forward to the days I know she’s coming. She’s also amazing with my dogs whenever she’s here. Merry Maids, as a whole, is easy to work with; great customer service and timely responses.

This was my first time using Merry Maids. I was completely satisfied. The lady that did my house made it shine. She didn’t miss anything. She was very thorough and very professional.

The level of cleanliness of your home will vary based on the person who is assigned to clean it. We reported an issue with the first cleaning, but after that, we were happy enough with the person who was assigned to us and had zero complaints for four visits. It was never perfect, but we don’t like to complain. We always tipped her well. Today, a different person came and did NOT do a thorough job. Small rugs were left askew and not cleaned under, bathroom rugs were left in a pile in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen counters were not wiped, the floor beneath and behind the trash cans in the kitchen was not cleaned, the stairs were not swept, the furniture cushions were not vacuumed or straightened, and I cannot find a single surface that was dusted. I was very disappointed and expressed my concern to Merry Maids. I have worked in customer service all of my life, and so I am aware of how awful customers can be. For this reason, I was not unpleasant when I contacted the company about my displeasure regarding the cleaning. Merry Maids responded to my text by firing me as a customer. The reason given is that I have been unhappy with every cleaning. My records show that I raised concerns about two out of six cleanings. My recommendation is that you avoid this company because they do not stand behind their guarantee and they will waste your time. I was researching other companies when I received the dear John letter anyway.

My eight months pregnant daughter moved out of her apartment and we assisted her. Near the end of the cleaning process, I asked her to engage a cleaning service to do the 'finishing touches' on the apartment to ensure that they would have a professional job done so the landlord could see that all was done clean the apartment. During the bid, she noted to Merry Maids that there was no electricity, but that there is enough natural light to perform the requested services. They said 'okay'. When she met them at the apartment to let them in, she again noted the electricity and lights issue. They were fine with it and started to clean. After the job was 'done', my daughter returned to the apartment to find the baseboards, window sills, cabinets, and kitchen area undone (the main reason for the bid). They mopped the floor, which was great, but did little else on the contracted bid. Well, they charged her card, and wouldn't respond to a request for redo stating that the lack of light made it so they couldn't see properly. This, of course, is totally false. My daughter sent me pictures of the baseboards where she ran her fingers. They hadn't been touched. The same went for the well-lit window sills. None had been touched. So, they offered a 20% refund only and refused to return to do the work they didn't do. If you contract with these people, do NOT give them your card information until the job is completed to a reasonable end. Because we live far away, our very pregnant daughter had to do the work herself, exactly what we didn't want her to do. - Attached are a redacted bid and two of about ten photos she took. Merry Maids, you can do better than this.

Terrible service. Paid more than 400 bucks and ended up my husband has to clean all the stains after their second cleaning. The stove, kitchen cabinets, mirror in the bathroom, sink, oven (I paid extra 50 bucks to clean the oven) are all dirty. They came back after I complained about it after the first cleaning, still dirty. See pictures below. Some stains can be simply removed by bare hands. Seriously they just came and charged you money without doing anything.

I had an excellent experience. Quote was clear, service was very fast, it was a bit more than I had anticipated but now I know it was well worth it. I had an apartment that my tenant had not left clean, years of build up. I was amazed at how well they did. The appliances look almost new. Deep clean on bath, counters, drawers and cabinets. The apartment looks excellent! I will have them come to my house next.
