3 stars bc the first team member they sent out did a horrible job (1 star). We were very upset & almost fired them. However, they offered to do a complete re-clean and the team member they sent out did a fantastic job (5 stars). It’s interesting that I was only asked to rate them when I rated the reclean as 5 stars but nothing with the 1 star. Makes the ratings lop-sided.

Disappointing… The job wasn’t finished. We had a rep visit to discuss DEEP cleaning and determine a price. Two workers were scheduled to visit on two consecutive days. A fine general cleaning was done, but not a DEEP cleaning. The housekeepers had no idea this was a DEEP cleaning assignment. They did a fine job for a standard cleaning - but there was more dusting than cleaning. We contacted the local office manager after day #1 and day #2. We were specific about issues and even supplied photos. We asked them to set a date to return and complete the job. She said NO, stating they had underbid the job. This is unfortunate, but we expected them to honor their quoted rate, especially since their rep visited the house and set the price.

i would use them again. my house took on a lot of dirt during the move and thought they did well for the price.
they were able to fit me in in a very short time frame and i appreciated that, that was the main reason they got my business

Merry Maids came in and took very good care of us. Very pleased with their quality of work and especially their responsiveness. Before and after was like night and day

Mark and his team did a great job. It had snowed the day they were supposed to come to do the cleaning. Since I was preparing the house to go on the market, I was worried that they would cancel. Mark knew my deadlines and showed up himself and his office manager to clean the house themselves, since everyone called off because of the snow. They went above and beyond. Also, they did an amazing job cleaning everything from top to bottom!

My fiancé and I were in the market for a cleaning service since we were expecting the birth of our second child - we didn’t want the extra responsibility of cleaning the house, plus knowing someone will be deep cleaning and disinfecting with a newborn around was reason enough for us to search. The initial meeting with Merry Maids was ok - THEY DO NOT GIVE THE BEST PRICE UP FRONT - which should have been warning enough for me - I don’t like to haggle - give me your best price and let me make a decision based on that. Once I got them down to the lowest price they offer I decided to take a chance. The initial clean is a “Deep Clean” of the whole house so it cost extra - $227 for a three bedroom two and a half bath - very normal home. The cleaning crew showed up in an unmarked car, looking very unprofessional and reeking of cigarette smoke. Ok they are cleaning ladies - I wouldn’t worry much on my appearance either, well it was a direct reflection of their work ethic. It smelled great but nothing was cleaned - dust and cobwebs in every room, microwave/range not touched, cabinet fronts and dishwasher not touched, oven door not touched, fans were not touched.

The worst part is the customer service. After recieving a text from the company asking how it was - and asking for my money back, nothing happened. I emailed my sales lady who sold the service to us- no reply. I finally called the office and had to harass the poor lady who answered the phone who had to get the owner involved to give me a refund. Even though the “guarantee” their work.

When you are selling a service and you do not perform service as guaranteed - it is the same as not recieving an item that you pay for. Very unimpressed with just about every aspect of my experience.

This last duet of girls arrived late in the day. They seemed tired and their cleaning wasn’t as efficient as past help. I have to pick us grandson from school at 3:30, just after they arrived. The seemed rushed ant less attentive to the job than past cleaners. First disappointment.🙃🙁.

It would be nice to know their arrival time sooner than the morning of the day since i need to arrange school transportation for my grandson.

All other services have been good. I don’t seem to experience that nice clean smell that my mother received from her Merry Maids in Indianapolis. Have the products changed?

I have used Merry Maids for many, many years, due to having a bad back and can’t clean as good as I would like to. I also, have them clean my Dad’s house. Samantha cleaned his house beautifully and unfortunately he had collapsed that morning, so Samantha and Chris, from the office, helped me with this very difficult situation, as well, because it happened right before she got there.. This is why I continue to work with them. They are willing to go above and beyond and deeply care that you are taken care of! Thanks, again, Merry Maids, Samantha, and Chris! It was a scary day, that you guys made a whole lot better and Dad had a gorgeous, clean house to come home to. I can’t thank you all enough! There are not enough words!

Kim is fantastic, she does a great job cleaning our house. Everything smells so great after she's done. Not to mention Kim is also just a great person. I would highly recommend Merry Maids.

My place hadn’t been cleaned since I tore my ACL 7 weeks ago, but Jazmine made it sparkle. She also scrubbed 20 years of grime off this old apartment oven. Thank you for your help! I also really appreciate that Merry Maids has options with the cleaning products they use, because certain cleaners give me a migraine. I chose low to no-scent products & they really did the job. Very pleased & will continue using Merry Maids throughout my recovery from surgery, if not beyond.

My issues are no dusting especially in my only bedroom. Just overall attention to wiping down thing that are dirty! The floors and sinks are consistently good! A little extra now and then would be appreciated! Thanks for asking!

Everything about this process was so easy, from scheduling the free consult to setting up our regular service, and you absolutely can’t beat the value for the money. My house hasn’t looked this nice since I moved in. I’m enormously thankful for the Cincinnati Merry Maids!

Everyone was super nice. They were so easy to work with, it made the whole process a breeze. I needed a deep clean in a bathroom and it now looks like a whole new room. I did have a tiny issue and they came right back out and addressed it. Truly excellent customer service. Angel and Jessica did an incredible job.

The cleaning lady is great. However this time there were several spots where botches of cat hair were & not cleaned. The table in the kitchen area, rug in living room & on the couch. I normally do not have kitty in the house but due to the cold she stayed inside for several weeks.

This was my first time using Merry Maids and I was highly impressed. Amberly was sent to clean my condo and I can’t say enough good things about her. I will definitely request her for my future cleanings.

We are not able to some things ourselves anymore. Curtis came to do clean our windows. Cleaned windows and doors inside and outside and also the screens. Fantastic job and very courteous. Will definitely use the service again and recommend for others.

They totally destroyed my kitchen faucet. Guess they couldn't figure out how to turn it on and off. Also broke the drain in the kitchen and bathroom. If you want your house halfway cleaned and your fixtures broken, be sure to give them a call

Depends on who you get, when Georgia showed up, it was insanely clean, others did well but clearly not the same level of effort. If you have a busy few months, I definitely recommend the monthly cleaning schedule

It’s always a pleasure to come home to a clean house. Merry Maids are very dependable, do a great job of keeping my home clean. It’s very nice to have the continuity of the same person coming out to clean every other week.
