I called ArborCare to look at the trees around my house, 1. to remove a badly storm-damaged tree, 2. to reduce possibilities of any trees falling during storms, 3. to trim trees to allow more sunlight in certain areas. Josh promptly evaluated my situation. He was very knowledgeable. He went through everything that should be done and explained why and gave me several options. Their crew came when they said they would, (they called day before to verify if ok to come). They did an outstanding job! They were very courteous, had all the equipment to do the job quickly and properly, and left my yard spotless. I strongly recommend ArborCare for any tree service you need. And one of Josh's options saved me a nice tree and several hundred dollars.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about ArborCare. From Josh coming out to give us an estimate, to Ivan and his crew doing an amazing job! They showed up on time and went right to work. They did an amazing job cleaning up that you wouldn’t know 2 trees were taken down. I would definitely use ArborCare again and highly recommend them.

ArborCare Tree Service is your best option! We were so pleased from the estimate to the clean up we just couldn't be more impressed with each and every employee that took care of our huge oak tree.

Everyone was professional, focused, knowledgeable and it was obvious that ArborCare's employees had been trained in safety and put that first. This huge tree of ours was hanging over electric lines as well as large branches extending over the front of our roof.

We were also impressed with the equipment that ArborCare utilizes, not having employees needing to climb trees with chainsaws shows ArborCare cares about their employees.

All of this AND ArborCare was the cheapest estimate I received from the four I had! I research alot before I hire someone so if you're not trying to spend a bunch of time researching, you can't go wrong with ArborCare!

ArborCare was contracted a month in advance of their work - I needed several giant dead ash trees topped and poled. It was a complicated job - Duke Energy had to drop the primary and neutral lines from the street, and the trees were too dead to climb safely. Duke dropped the ball, Arbor Care waited patiently while I tangled with corporate disfunction and then, the crew went to work. So impressive to see the crane operator work with the lead cutter, and the crane gingerly lift chunks of tree and carefully land them near the shredder truck. The entire crew worked with skill and professionalism, which made it a joy, when my prior experience with other tree companies has involved stress and anxiety. The lead sales arborist communicated well throughout the contract, and when coordination with Duke went sideways, he demonstrated calm and reassurance. To top it off, the owner of the company came by at the end of the work day to make sure everything went smoothly. The work of cutting and clearing was performed with a high degree of skill, professionalism, and thoughtfulness. This is my tree service company for life.

Three very nice, polite, efficient, young men removed the tree in a short amount of time. The best part was they cleaned up every trace of the tree removed. I feel the price was very fair compared to what I paid in the past.

I was recommended this service. Sarah answered immediately. She said Darren would be out to give estimate. He showed up immediately. He said he would give a bid when he got to the top of the hill and could get service on his phone. He must have not gotten there yet because I am still waiting for an estimate. I called Sarah 3x to see if they were not interested in the job. She assured me that they were. I asked her to send someone else out to give estimate. She said they could not do that. That was 07/22/2025. Today is 08/14/2025 I have still not received an estimate, response of any sort from Darren or any interest in the job at all.

Hello, it is my pleasure to write this review for ArborCare. We have used ArborCare for tree removal for close to 10 years. They recently removed 5 large trees (one 60 feet tall) from our wooded property and, as always, they did an outstanding job. They took great care in removing the trees not letting them fall into other landscaping and our gardens, and they kept our gravel driveway pristine. They placed their large crane on metal plates to allow them to cut up the wood without leaving dust on the driveway and the stones stayed in place as well. Jason is very easy to work with, and his workmen are excellent! We can’t say enough good things about his foreman who guided the others and was very capable and easy to work with. If you use ArborCare, you will be happy!

ArborCare really cares. I have a single tree in my yard—a beautiful, mature black walnut. Jason's primary approach was to do what was necessary to save the tree. When it was determined it couldn't be saved, the cost to remove it was very reasonable. ArborCare was not the only company who came to look at the tree. Every estimate recommended its removal due to extensive decay in the main trunk. When providing the estimate, ArborCare included a photo of the problem area, their liability insurance, and worker's comp certificate. Their professionalism carried through when doing the work. We opted to not have the tree and limbs chipped as I have an uncle who heats his home with wood. Both my uncle and I were very impressed with the care and time given to sort the large pieces from the smaller branches. It made clean up much easier for us. I highly recommend ArborCare.

Made an appointment for the arborist to come to our house while we were at the Home and Garden Show. They knew we lived in Centerville. They were supposed to come today at the appointed time and was a no show. I called them 30 minutes past the appointment time and they said someone would call me right back. Never heard a word so I called them 2 hours past the appointment time and she stated again someone would call me. Well they did call me back only to tell me they couldn’t help me as I lived to far away. They knew where I lived when they booked the appointment and then didn’t even bother to call when they realized I lived in Centerville. VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. A courtesy phone call to tell me that I lived to far out of their service area would have been much appreciated. I wasted my time waiting for them to “ NO SHOW”…

Seriously, I couldn't be more pleased. Three trees removed, chipped up, removed from our property, and three stumps ground to below the ground level. After that, fill dirt was delivered and spread level and then grass seed followed by hay to help get the grass started. The workers were nice, friendly and professional. The big machines were entertaining and impressive to watch. All of these services cost less than any of the 4 other estimates I received for cutting and removal of 2 trees only, without the stump grinding or yard leveling top soil or seeding. I strongly recommend "ARBORCARE TREE SERVICE" for all your tree related needs.

We had asked friends on FB who they would use for tree removal and trimming in the Cincinnati area, and three friends replied. All three advised us to use ArborCare Tree Service. After working with ArborCare, we can certainly see why! The service was outstanding! From the gentleman who came out a few weeks ago to give us a quote, to the guys that came out today to remove the large dying trees in the front yard and trimming the large locust in the back yard. The professionalism and effort, as well as clean up afterwards, was really impressive! We have had tree trimming companies help us with trees in the past, and we wound up needing to clean up ourselves. The yard today actually was cleaner than when they arrived! WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ARBORCARE TREE SERVICE!!
