One register open. No one in garden area to ask for help with potting soil. Used to have a check out in garden area Did not see one.

I have to give credit where credit is due ., the cashier Michelle at the Kennedy and Ridge store went far beyond helping me today.

    Very nice place

Home Depot gets a minimal amount of business from me as they have employees assisting self-checkout over opening more registers.

Prices are cheaper than the Lowes across the street, but suffers from chronic theft and negligence. Staff not interested in customer service.

I asked one of the workers in the garden center how much for the topsoil and kept repeating that I should look at the stickers for the price but low and behold there wasn't one and he kept repeating being increasing in rudeness each time

Plants are usually pretty healthy. Prices are usually pretty good. Just wish they had more knowledgeable staff about the plants they're selling.

Everybody was so nice and friendly! And even though I knew what I was getting, and they asked politely if I needed help, they realized just to leave me alone. The perfect shopping experience! 2 thumbs up!!

I like the garden center here better than lowes. I don't like how difficult it can be to find a shopping cart. Pretty standard HD. Never seems very busy. The checkout line in the garden center is always very slow - so we go to the main ones inside if there is more than one person in line.

Well I rated it a 5. But I needed help loading my truck, and the lot person was standing there did not help. Until I got the last pc of plywood loaded myself. I like to buy our plants from home depot. But today was disappointing the selection was not as good as in years past. Plus who taught them how to water. I have ya a 5 but to be honest it should have been a three.

Every time I have shopped at the store I get employees that know NOTHING. I have had a bad experience good 98% of the time. I now shop at Lowe's because they know what they're talking about and they have wonderful customer service. But the worst shopping experience I've had here was when I was looking for adapter for my garden hose to hook up to my shower head. I had to run back and forth to garden department to the shower department. All because the employees didn't have the slightest idea and instead of telling me this they had me running back-and-forth. So after walking back-and-forth 20 times I just left went to Lowe's and the gentleman told me exactly what I needed and got it less time then I spent in that store. Since then I haven't stepped back in that store.

Went out for the first time on Black Friday at 6 AM. Our first stop was Home Depot to get a Christmas tree. The experience was SO pleasant. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, coffee, donuts, and I was in and out within minutes. It was wonderful.
