Jason and his crew at Arbor Care just completed a rather difficult tree removal for us - a 70+ year pin oak that had contracted root rot. The challenges included working in a small space, navigating a fence and electrical wires, and working with the neighboring country club to use their driveway while working in our back yard. The job was completed in just one day, including stump removal, and at a very good price. I highly recommend Arbor Care for all of your tree needs.

The team worked hard and thoroughly. Great cleanup job as well. We had a yard full of work for them for a full day. We had a large oak tree removed and their very efficient robotic crane and operator did a very impressive job with no mishaps! Wonderful tree service! Highly recommend!

Received an estimate earlier for one price, decided that we would like to get other trees accessed along with my neighbors. When the rep came out he stopped me from coming outside by stating 'before you come out' the last rep that provided a quote was fired and all of his estimates were under by half of what they could do. H did not seem interested in doing an estimate or the work, not even a clipboard or estimating documents in hand, just wanted to say that they would not honor the previous estimate.

Josh was very thoughtful, and listened to my concerns when he came out for an estimate. He addressed everything I needed. The estimate was detailed and accurate.
When it came time for the work to be done, I was given a call the day prior to let me know they were coming. This was a couple months after signing a contract, due to them being busy (a good thing when dealing with a contractor), but also it was my preference. When the crew showed up to do the work, they were professional looking, clothes and equipment. They laid down protection for my property. They communicated clearly about what was going on. Additionally, they cleaned up very well. When it came to billing, I received an electronic invoice with multiple options for payment. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my experience.

Three large, mature trees needed pruning/reshaping. The crew arrived on time, were focused and efficient and very respectful of the tight quarters for getting the work done. Cleanup was very thorough and I appreciated their checking with me for fine-tuning the final touches. Great job!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I checked the price of 4 services and they were the lowest, made great recommendations and did not try to upswell me. I had several large trees trimmed and the 40 to 50 foot pears I. The back were just artistry seeing them support, strap and guide the trimmings to the ground. Then to top it off, they cleaned up my drive and yard better than it was before they came. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We hired ArborCare to remove two significant volunteer mulberries and trim and clean up our giant pin oak. They arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and did a spectacular job. Highly recommend.

Arbor Care came out after a call for an estimate. Was exactly on time and professional looking. After a few questions and careful consideration, I received a verbal estimate. Was told I'd receive a written follow-up. It had a little more detail but covered everything we discussed at the same price we discussed, including proof of insurance. Several days later a second visit by another team member to confirm. We had a 100' pin oak in front yard overhanging house that had been struck by lightning 4 years ago and sadly just never healed. We also had a 75' spruce that just aged out. It was a delicate removal in a tight space. Arbor Care showed up the day they said they would with 4 guys, 4 trucks including a crane, 2 trailers for chips and a flat bed trailer with a 90' tracked articulating lift and tracked loader. They worked non-stop from 8am until 5pm and left the house looking great. They finished everything but the stump grinding, to be complete in the next couple days. Great job and friendly price.... 25% less expensive than the bigger brand name and far more responsive! Strongly recommend this crew to all!

We've used ArborCare twice now, and both times we have been very impressed. Not only do they charge a fair price, but they take great care while on your property. On both occasions, multiple trees were cut down, and when they were done, the yard was extremely clean. They were also very careful around our landscaping; not a single plant was damaged. Josh and his crew did a great job with a large maple tree in my backyard. They were very aware of my other landscaping in my yard and took a lot of care in ensuring nothing else was affected.

ArborCare did everything right! Great service, great value, and these guys know how to care for trees. Josh's team did extensive tree trimming on two giant Chestnut trees in my backyard. The trees look great, my backyard is more opened up, and I didn't see a single branch lying on the ground when they were finished. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the work done by Arbor Care. The team was very efficient and cleaned up very well. They took out several trees and multiple stumps and trimmed up the huge oak trees in my front yard. I also had them do a deep fertilization on several trees. I will certainly use them for my future tree needs, they were great!

Jason came out to give us an estimate to have a large tree partially or completely removed. Came out the first week of January, 2025. Said he would get back with me after he talked with his team. Never heard back from him so I hired Franky’s Tree Service to do the work

Very satisfied. Work was done on time and completely. I believe the crew went over and above to meet our needs. Very patient with us on some "last minute" changes we made as to what trees were to be removed. Crew was polite and courteous. We recently had ArborCare remove an 80 ft ash tree next to our house and deck. The tree was definitely dying and we were concerned it could cause major damage to our home and deck if it fell. Josh, who is a very knowledgeable arborist, came out and explained what the options were regarding the tree. We decided to have them remove it and to cable a equally large maple tree next to it that potentially could split. The estimate that Josh gave me was very reasonable and the work they did was excellent. Ivan, and the rest of the tree cutting crew did an excellent job of removing the tree and all the brush associated with it. They even were careful to save a cherry tree sapling growing under the canopy of the tree. I would highly recommend AborCare Tree Service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I saw an ArborCare truck & crew in my neighborhood about a year ago. The first thing I noticed was their equipment. It was very high quality, not a poorly maintained old truck, and it was clean, in fact the entire jobsite was kept clean and neat while they worked. I spoke to one of the crew and he was courteous and professional. When we needed a tree & stump removed, I contacted them and got quick & fair quote.
When the crew arrived, again, they had the best equipment and the crew was knowledgeable and efficient. The equipment might even be a little over-engineered for the average homeowner’s trees, but that means they can work fast. The equipment was also lightweight on my lawn, even though it was clearly powerful, especially that stump-grinder.
A professional crew I would hire again.

Arbor Care helped us prune our two mature oak trees for "good health". We felt Josh, the master arborist, gave us the best plan for doing this out of everyone we interviewed. We love our huge oak trees and appreciate the natural value they add to our yard's eco system. Josh suggested feeding the trees and doing a winter pruning. The three man crew came out this week and did a top notch trim! It was a massive mess up in the branches but the guys were careful stylists on ropes and in the bucket. My mature trees "look good today" - open and ready for spring growth. I HIGHLY recommend Arbor Care.

We hired ArborCare to remove a tree that fell into our yard and do some pruning while they were here. They were very professional and did great work. They also took care to clean up and leave our yard back the way it was (minus the tree they removed of course). Highly recommend.

Arbor Care's pricing is reasonable. Their work ethic excellent and they clean up like they were not even there. I will definitely be calling them again for my next project.
