We’ve been working with Gilb Landscaping for the last 10 years. They have never let us down.
Wonderful design skills as well as attention to detail for Spring cleanup and mulching!

Reasonable price but like many landscapers it takes a while to get the job done. Like the look.

Adam Brown and his team did an excellent job designing and landscaping my yard. They come back once a year for a spring clean up and every year the landscaping is more beautiful than the preceding year!

Adam designed a great plan for our front and side yard that included a retaining wall. Overall Gilb exceeded our expectations. This is also the 2nd home that Gilb and Adam have helped us to transform. We highly recommend.

They have cut our grass and many friends grass for about 5 years. This summer they have disappeared on all of us….. i underStand employees are hard to find but not returning texts and phone calls doesn’t make the situation go away! If we had been told the truth about lack of employees we all could have been looking for alternatives. But just not showing up…… gives a whole new meaning to the word UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Jay and Zach are great to work worth and always have my yard and garden in great shape!

Employees are very rude.

I worked with Zack on my project. Communication was subpar to say the least and they ended up taking out healthy, and expensive trees and plants. They forgot to handle one area of my property and had to come back…. And charge +6hrs of extra labor to put in 3-5 bowling ball size rocks and trim a bush. We also agreed on one price only to get an invoice for another price, plus a second invoice for the additional 6hrs I mentioned.

All of that said, the work is good and they’re on time. I don’t want to be unfair to a local business, I simply feel they are one sided in the handling of projects and clients. Poor communication and incorrect billing follows.

Net, I DO NOT recommend using this company.

We contacted them for lawn service, initially through their website. They called us and we discussed what we wanted. They said they would go out to look at our lawn to provide quote (we think they did because later that afternoon we saw unknown person walking around yard on our cameras). We never received quote. We waited a week and called, had to leave message and no return call… despite leaving messages several times, we never received a called back or the quote. Very bad practice for a company to ghost a potential client.. at least give the courtesy to let them know you don’t want their business.

Absolutely terrible. We hired this company to install a french drain and lay grass seed. We are continuing to have drainage issues, and the grass has grown in patchy. The owner committed to coming back to take a look and has since ignored every communication attempt we have made to get a hold of him. He was also extremely unreliable and unresponsive prior to the installation, was difficult to get a hold of, and was late in his initial timeframe he committed to doing the install.

Brian and his team were AWESOME. They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job on our lawn. Will definitely hire again.

Due to carelessness from another contractor, we needed to install a retaining wall, FAST. Brian was able to get out quickly and provide a detailed assessment/quote, and explained in detail how he would approach the job. In addition to the initial scope, he provided some thoughtful ideas on other things he could accomplish around the property during the project, including regrading part of our lawn and trenching drainpipes. At no point did he pressure us to do these projects - simply offered them as an option.

Once he and the team got started they worked efficiently and communicated well. We got daily updates and status pics/videos detailing what they had done and what remained. At the end of the project they cleaned up well and went above and beyond in restoring our yard to its condition prior to starting.

We highly recommend Brian and team and look forward to using their services in the future.

1) Communication was great, the response was fast and the owner came out to give a quote on the project with measurements for my retaining wall.

2) Very timely, he sent the quote in a timely manner, the crew started and finished fast and efficiently and always communicated through the whole project.

Good communication, easy scheduling, and good work. He cleared out two of our old beds and built a wall around one of our other ones. Great work.
