Excellent customer service and workmanship! Eric went above and beyond to solve the issue when our landscape lighting stopped working. He was thorough in troubleshooting the problem and kept in contact after the repair to make sure everything was working properly. Will definitely use LUX for any future outdoor lighting needs.

Eric Cross and the Lux Landscape Lighting team took their idea of a great set up for our landscape and house uplighting and ran with it! We could not be any happier! Eric is a genuinely amazing nice guy and is very creative about what he did with it. It looks fabulous and they were so easy to work with. They work hard and it shows in the outcome!! Definitely highly recommend and look forward to using them in the future to do our backyard around our pool!!

Lux Landscape Lighting came to our house where there had been previous lighting installed. Eric was able to totally straighten out all of the defects that were there. He also added a few new fixtures to help to brighten the landscape. It was a pleasure having him around and he did a great job. I would recommend him in the company to anyone.

Eric did a great job on our landscape lighting. Our somewhat complex system was installed long ago, not by Lux, and had a circuit that was not working. Eric was able to come 3 hrs earlier than scheduled. He quickly analyzed the layout of our system, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He obviously has a great deal of experience and expertise. He was very professional. Great job, very happy with the service.

Eric is not only knowledgeable and accommodating. He is honest, professional and kind. He installed our beautiful landscape lights and has also repaired after a lightening strike! I wouldn’t hire anyone else to do it! He is very busy but worth the wait!

LUX Lighting has been wonderful to work with for my home landscaping lighting. They were so knowledgeable with the initial plan and install. Eric has been fantastic when I had adjustments or repairs (usually caused by me). He is quick to respond and the suggestions or repairs are always great. I hired LUX Landscape Lighting for The Estates of Forest Hills HOA based on the recommendations of some of our residents. This was after unsuccessful attempts with two other companies. LUX was quickly responsive. Eric Cross analyzed our needs and provided a detailed recommendation and price proposal. He scheduled exactly when expected and completed the job successfully. He even came back the next day "to check on things and make a few minor adjustments." Eric Cross is very professional and knowledgeable and delivers what he promises.

Specatular! Eric Cross completely transformed our outdoor lighting and it is stunning. The highlights on the house and throughout the yard are true artistry. Working with Eric has been great. He has been very patient with us as we worked through the process while working around other contractors working on our house. No disturbance to our landscaping and everything was tidy and cleaned up. I really like how he walked us through the install process and I was very impressed with how he water proofs all the wire connections which is where most systems fail. All in all we love our lighting and are very glad we stepped up to LUX. Very professional and we look forward to having Eric maintain our system for years to come.

Arrived on time. Explained the system we inherited when we bought the house, pointed out opportunities to upgrade, but didn't put any pressure on us to move forward. Repaired the issues we had and was very fair and transparent.

My tech, Eric Cross, was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, arriving early to our scheduled appointment. He took the time to show me why my landscaping lights failed.
