It’s unfortunate that despite multiple calls, texts and emails Sullivan did not feel responsible for standing behind their work and making things right regarding our backyard. The team did not level the ground and left a lot of weeds for us to deal with. Quite unfortunate and a costly $1700 mistake for us.

If you are looking for a diligent landscaping service where they pride themselves on customer service and communication, this is not the company for you. Where to begin. Well, first, trying to contact anyone is this company is impossible. Unless you are asking a question about paying an invoice, in which case you will get an answer in moments. Often our lawn would go several weeks with no one showing up. At one point, our neighbor felt so bad for us they mowed our lawn for us. Mind you, our grass was so tall at this point it was developing grain tops. For weeks I would call their number on the website over and over, with no return calls. No one even acknowledged them. I also sent numerous emails. Again, no response. I was convinced the man running the business hated women, because we finally received an email response after my husband contacted him. So, not a women-friendly business. Yet we would receive invoice after invoice asking for payments, which we did pay, yet we would get zero services. I finally had to send a notice of litigation threatening to take then to Small Claims Court just to get a response. The owner was pretty angry at this, despite us explaining how wrong it was for us to keep paying invoices for services never rendered. This past time I finally gave up and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, to which we finally got a response from the owner's wife saying they would not mow our lawn anymore. Considering how rare this happened, I doubt we would have noticed the length of time. She said she would not bill us for the last mowing, however I am fairly certain that we have paid for services never rendered, however at this point I am happy to just be done with them. Do not hire this company. The owners are immature and clearly have no clue how to manage a company. Their workers seemed nice, which is probably the company's only saving grace. Avoid at all costs. There are so many other lawn service companies out there.

I have used Sullivan Services for over 5 years now, their lawn mowing service is second to none. I never have to call and tell them they missed something like I had to with my previous company multiple times. I highly recommend them to anyone in the need of a dependable lawn mowing service

Eric was great to work with and very helpful in guiding us towards lighting choices most enhancing to our home. The existing lighting in our yard became more alive and dimensional with the additional pieces he added. I highly recommend LUX Landscape Lighting to homeowners seeking an outdoor ambiance of warmth and beauty.

We recently had a deck rebuilt and our landscape lighting was disrupted. We were able to get a consultation from LUX within a week. Eric was very knowledgeable and thorough. He assessed the problems quickly, replaced bulbs, reset the timers and the lighting makes a huge difference in our yard. I highly recommend this company.

We have used LUX lighting and Eric Cross for many years at our home. He and the team at LUX provide excellent service whether it’s new installation or maintenance on existing lighting. I can 100% recommend LUX.

Tho I had to contact Lux twice , they did a very nice installation. Rebecca was easy and nice to talk to with any concerns. Lux was reasonable in price compared to other estimates. Update to May,2025,,, Lux has shown excellent performance in maintaining our landscape lighting! Eric was informative and helpful.

The staff is very responsive to their customers. I requested an appointment in a week, but the next day Eric, their Lighting Designer stops by our house as he was in the area on another call. He provided us needed input relating to upcoming construction and then while at our house does some maintenance on our exterior lighting free of charge. Great customer service!

Eric does a great job.
He is always on time or is early.
They also have sprinkler division , Tri State, which is also wonderful !!!!!!!!
August 20, 2025. Eric just came out to repair the lighting today.
As usual he did a great job !!!!!!!!!!!!
I plan on getting a yearly maintenance contract.
It keeps all the lights working at their peak.
