I've known the original owner of this company for many years! He did all our original landscaping and lighting. We've made some upgrades over the years and now have dealt with Eric Cross for our lighting upgrades. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and easy to work with! Job is done and looks great! We had landscape lighting installed 3 years ago, but we were never really happy with it. We tried a couple times (unsuccessfully) to get it fixed. Then we found LUX. Sean and Eric from LUX immediately diagnosed and fixed the reliability problems with our old lighting. In addition, they tweaked our old plan, added a few things here and there, and we are thrilled with the results. Plus, they just happened to be really nice guys and very easy to work with. I would absolutely hire them again!

Eric did an outstanding job of assessing the status of our landscape lighting, and quickly identified problem area. He kept me apprised of the repair and cost prior to each repair. His attention to detail is superior! He meticulously cleaned up the entire area and left my lawn cleaner than when he arrived. What a delight to have service that arrives as scheduled, does an outstanding job and goes above and beyond!

Eric Cross and associate accomplished a much needed repair of our exterior lighting, arriving in timely fashion they completed the job quickly and quietly. LUX Lighting is my go to for future projects.

While I'm not really sure how we found LUX Landscape Lighting in the first place, my guess is that my wife gets the credit and she is clearly a genius! We worked with Eric who did a great job of communicating with us on both sides of the communication process. That is, he actually LISTENED to what we wanted and then ensured that he understood and then proceeded to make recommendations. What a wonderful experience to have someone actually listen and then work with you to ensure that you're happy.

Once we knew what we wanted, Eric set a time to come out and install and, another shocker, he actually showed up when he said he would! This is a guy who definitely knows his business and is a hands on kind of professional.

We are extremely happy with the end result and have received numerous compliments from neighbors and friends. Heck, even the deer, squirrels, birds and other critters have nodded their approval.

Bottom line, this organization has my highest recommendation. I would write more but will instead pour a glass of wine and go sit on my deck and admire the work of LUX Landscape Lighting. Thanks Eric!!!

I’m thrilled with the incredible lighting plan that Eric designed for my front yard, home lighting and wooded backyard. I had actually called to see if I could have some previously installed landscape lights around the yard repaired. When I saw the difference in professional grade light fixtures and the knowledge he had about depth of lighting for effect I wish I had called much sooner.
It’s worth every penny to have someone with knowledge of lighting design and the best fixtures to use work for you and Eric is just the best!!

LUX lighting did a terrific job helping with our outdoor lighting in the home we just moved in to. Eric was very helpful and explained how our system worked to my husband. He replaced some of the lights and explained the timer. Highly recommend this company. Our home shines at night now!

Eric and Payton were among the best contractors I've ever worked with and Ive owned over 10 homes in 40 years. They took great care in making sure that the work was perfect. Highly recommend LUX Landscape Lighting and Eric Cross for a very professional, knowledgeable, customer first approach toward my objective of distinctive outdoor lighting. To me, the main differences are: Eric actually showed up where two landscaping companies who say they do lighting did not, he provided a step-by-step approach cemented with a full color rendering, installation was clean and efficient, and I added additional lighting and Eric was back within 48 hours to install. The best part was his two nightly visits after that day’s install to make final nighttime adjustments.
I am particular but this company exceeded even my expectations. I also believe you get what you pay for and Eric did an excellent job differentiating his company and self by explaining their process and showing multiple photos of how unprofessional and cheap installations can turn out.
I will use LUX again when I add more lighting.
