A million thanks to Bill for answering my desperate call & for sending Chris in a remarkable 40 minutes to save the day.
Chris bravely battled the yellow jacket nest under our siding that had allowed a couple hundred yellow jackets into our home. He sprayed a chemical & a powder & explained it may take a little bit before the nest empties but he was confident they wouldn't be back. It took about 10 hours but he was spot on. We are so appreciative of the responsive & competent service that was provided & grateful we didn't have to spend the night at one of our kids' homes (& they are probably doubly grateful!) 😁

Great experience! Came out fast, set mouse traps where needed and walked me through all the possible access points and offered ways to close them up. Once mice were caught in the traps, I contacted Billy and he was out within 25 minutes to get them and reset more! Great experience!! Billy is really nice and helpful!
