Great service as always. Rob was very professional. He explained everything in great detail. He addresses our areas where we had past issues which was an infestation of carpenter ants. Since they focused on that issue, we have not had any reoccurrence. I highly recommend their service. They do not just spray and leave they provide full service and attention to detail.

I just wanted to share an excellent experience with the service company. As a landlord and a property owner for many years I have dealt with a number of service companies with mixed results. I can highly recommend these folks without reservation as they were responsive, prompt, professional, and easy communicate with during the treatment process. If the other folks are as effective and professional as Bill, you will be in good hands with this company.

Great experience with 1 stop pest control. Today Billy and Chris replaced my garage door seals with a heavy duty rodent proof seal and reset some mouse traps. I am confident the seal will help to keep rodents out. Seals look great too 👍. They have been dependable and on time. Would reccomend to anyone looking to get mice removed or house sealed up. Thanks guys!

We had a horrible Lady Beetle problem. They swarmed and collected in the building by the thousands. One Stop cleared it up. We have gone years with the quarterly treatments and all our pest problems have been taken care of. Highly recommend!

I was told that their employee would arrive between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. I waited around but nobody showed up. No phone call. Nothing. Received call from employee at 2:30 saying he would arrive in 20 minutes. Wasted my day....

We have been using the mosquito pods for 2 seasons now and absolutely love them. I can sit on my deck and not worry about being eaten alive. Dale is our tech that comes out to change them and is a pleasure to deal with each and every time.

I want to thank Bill and Dale for treating our ant problem today. They were very thorough in identifying the source of the ants outdoors and tracking how they were getting into my house. They answered all of my questions and understood my concerns about kids and pets. Time will tell if my ant problem has been solved, though I was assured of prompt follow up if it wasn't. Had a great first experience with Chris M. To treat an ant problem and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He returned for a second treatment and was able to go above and beyond to continue treating a pest issue. Also spoke with the owner, Bill, and he was very understanding and gave Chris proper communication about the issue in advance. Would recommend.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. We used them for a family member that had a big mice problem. Our technician was Chris. He was always on time, professional, kind and did an outstanding job. I left him inside the house alone and walked outside. We had lost two very expensive rings. He found them while I was outside. His honesty was just the icing on the cake. He could have easily not said anything. This company is trustworthy and totally efficient. They got a very big problem under control. I will continue to refer them to anyone.

We had an infestation of wasps at my rental property. These nests are high. Probably 32 feet up. I called 1 Stop and Chris came out the next day and took care of the wasps!
