LawnStarters is terrible. I normally do not write reviews, but I felt others need to know. I was notified by what is called a pro he was on his way. 4 hours later, I was notified he had canceled. This was my first time using their bad service. I decided to end our relationship because it didn't start well. When I canceled through the app, they charged my card $15.00 for canceling. DO NOT GET HUSTLED BY LawnStarters. No matter how they seem to be local, they are not.They promote their app service to provide bad service. So now I paid $15.00 to give you this bad review we're even. NO STARS FOR YOU!

They were quick in getting to our home. They were able to get us cleaned up. Our yard looks so much better.

Unprofessional and careless service.

I hired Lawnstarter for lawn care, and not only was the quality of the work mediocre, but one of their contractors also caused damage to my vehicle while trying to access my backyard. I was out of town and reported it as soon as I returned, but the company refused to take responsibility due to a “5-day reporting policy” — instead of standing behind their service or contractors.

I’ve since canceled their service and am handling the repairs myself. I do not recommend this company if you care about accountability, quality, or communication. There are better and more honest companies out there.

We moved to a new city and were in a pinch because couldn’t be in our new home full time for over a month. It was a 4 hour drive away to run back and forth to do lawn care. I was exasperated, so I went on line and found this Lawn Starter. I set it up for 3 weeks of mowing. Richard came and mowed and etched the yard without us being there. We popped in a couple of times during the time frame and our yard looked great. We were also able to tip on line which was helpful. We are here full time now so we cancelled the service. There was no hassle about cancelling and we also now know we have someone to call for other services like haul away or yard debris removal. We highly recommend the company.

We LOVE LawnStarter. We always think we’ll have time to mow, but with four young kids, time gets away from us. This takes the pressure off of us and keeps our yard useable all summer long. Will definitely use next season.

Brandon is excellent! He mowed our grass, did a great job, cleaned up the grass off of the driveway and walkway, did his work without any hassle. Absolutely recommend him. Nice person also!!

Ryan did an excellent job, and my yard looked great! Afterwards he cleaned everything up with a leaf blower and really polished it off. Showed up in a timely manner and was quick and very effective.

I had Kyle as the person who came to cut my lawn, he did an amazing job. The grass was cut exactly to our specifications and he did it in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Jerry did an amazing job from start to finish! He arrived right on time, was professional, and paid attention to every detail. The edging was sharp, the yard looks clean, and everything was done with care. It’s clear Jerry takes pride in his work, and the results show. My yard has never looked this good! I really appreciate the effort he put in and how reliable he was. I’d highly recommend Jerry to anyone who wants quality service done right the first time!

It was the worst experience I have ever had, they did not cut an entire portion of my backyard (only half). They did not edge the grass. I spent 3 hours trying to clean up the poor job. I had to request a refund and they kept saying someone would be out within 24-48 hours to fix the problem. I waited an entire week and was still a no-show. Customer service continued to give me the run-around. Do not walk but run away from the company. It has been the most frustrating lawn service experience

Good afternoon, very poor service, terrible attention to detail. They constantly change pros and service dates. The quality varies with each cut. This pro didn't completely trim the area. He didn't clean effectively, etc. I've attached photos.
